Working with animals for 12 years, I have always loved working for the smaller family owned clinics. When VBF took over the clinic that I work at, I was nervous because of my experience with other corporate companies. VBF has been wonderful to work with. They have kept things pretty much the same in the clinic setting, not changing too much. I recently went to them with an idea of starting a yoga program for everyone in the company to be able to take a free yoga class a week, and they approved it! They truly care about the well-being of their employees.

Working on the Marketing team in the home-office in Waltham has been a great experience so far, with a really positive work environment. Everyone is friendly and hard-working, and you can tell the company really follows through with their mission ‘we take care of the people who take care of our pets.’ My favorite part of working in the home-office is catered lunch every Monday – you can’t beat perks like that! I would definitely recommend this company’s culture and encourage people to apply to open home-office, as well as hospital positions.
