Dr. Henderson and staff were thorough, caring, accommodating, and professional, and pricing was very reasonable. We are from out of state and were camping in Bennet Springs when our dog became very sick. I called Terra in the middle of the night, worried, and got a return call right away. After running some tests, Dr.Henderson called with her diagnosis and recommended she stay overnight for medications and fluids, but also acknowledged that we were traveling and gave options in case we were needing to head home. She had an astonishing recovery after her stay of about 36 hours, we were sent with prescriptions and instructions, and our fur baby did great!

My cat at a hairball obstruction in his bowel. It was very possible that he would have to have surgery. Instead of just rushing him to surgery, they kept him there for 5 days, gave his a laxative and a medication to help with bowel motility. He never had to have surgery and they only charged me over $500 for the whole stay. I can’t thank Fr Frazier and his team enough. He explained things well to me and even though they are very busy, I never felt rushed. He is a kind hearted doctor who really cares about the well being of his patients and their owners pocket books. ♥️

Was able to get my cat in for an emergency surgery on a holiday weekend. The staff that showed up was really nice and knew called back after surgery to let us know everything went well.

I had to take my German Shepard in for a cut artery on Sunday night, not only did the receptionist quickly take my call serious, but she immediately called the doctor in and said he’d be there within 30 minutes since I was leaving the Ft Wood area. When I got there the doctor was quick to assess my dog and give me an answer. I am so appreciative for the staff and doctor who made sure my girl was okay. It means a lot that they were quick to respond on a Sunday afternoon as well. They charged me appropriately and fairly. I am so happy with my experience!

Amazing staff,Dr Frazier is the best !! That staff is full of love and compassion 😁. Oh..and my daughter Davina works there..so I know they're the best 😉 Why mess with the rest when you already know the best..get some rest . you're fur babies are in great hands ! You'll love them and all they do for you and the pups or kitties.

Called to make an appointment and discussed what vaccines My dog needed over the phone for boarding as someone else was going to need to bring him in. Got the paperwork and found they gave him the wrong one. The person that took him in said they didn't ask about it at all or confirm they just took him back and gave it to him. They said I could just come in and get the medicine to give him myself and when I did and was paying for it I was kind of off put when they didn't either just give me the right medicine or at least refund me the wrong medicine. When I brought it up to the lady she basically said she wasn't there so not her job.
