Mariah went above and beyond to help us find the perfect companion! Bruno turned out to be one great service dog! And met our every need and expectations! Mariah truly is a life saver one dog and cat at a time. She asked questions to narrow down exactly what we were looking for and on the second meet with a dog he basically chose us! He has not barked at anyone or anything not even our chinchilla in fact they like each other! Both of their tails started wagging and he licked her! My jaw hit the floor! This was like a match made in heaven it's just been so awesome! We would like to thank Mariah for her great service and fantastic demeanor toward animals!

I was extremely disappointed in this shelter today. Firstly I called three times this morning. Not once was the phone call answered but multiple people were in office. I brought a dog to them that has been abandoned in the neighborhood. They told me I didn't do their process and gave me a piece of paper and tried to turn me away. When I told them I can't keep this dog and repeated this dog has been abandoned in my neighborhood they said they were full. When I asked what I needed to do that I couldn't keep this dog nor did I feel comfortable keeping him outside in a hurricane they shrugged got more rude and told me their full to fill out paperwork online and wait for a call. What the problem is, is that there was no compassion, no care, no urgency. They gave me no resources, no other way to help this dog. Nothing. No one even moved but to give me a piece of paper and two girls who I didn't even talk to came out to scan for a chip that obviously wasn't going to be there. Said there MAY be kennels after their adoption event this weekend. This pup will not be in a hurricane this week he went to the first shelter that would take him so he was dry, happy, and safe.

Have always adopted before I payed for one last first time I adopted a cat that had bad anxiety to cages and people got him out of that was a really great cat second time I had my eye on 2 cats one was an indoor cat and the other was an out door cat but as I was there I saw another cat I liked as well two of them had temper and one playful Oreo Skye and chuck are my baby’s and I will definitely adopt again from them Oreo was the feral cat that I got to trust me he actually really sweet and loves his rubs follows me everywhere

I just adopted a new kitten from this shelter, it was a great experience. They come vaccinated and healthy. they also provide some food to get people started. Highly recommended, adopt, adopt, adopt.

This shelter is amazing! People may get mad or upset at them because sometimes they are full… Just go there one day and sit and watch how many surrenders they get… it’s heartbreaking ! They have always been great to work when I have found abandoned cats that need help. If they are full… Just be a part of the solution… Offer to foster! They will help you with anything you need if you are a foster!! Help, save lives and be a part of the solution… Foster Foster Foster!

Today is Saturday April 27, 2023. Yesterday I seen a husky puppy I had as interested in but he got adopted 20 mins after reviewing the website then I came across Samsung which was the brother of the other husky puppy that got adopted. We came down there with our 2 dogs and our little dog did great but our husky was very jealous of the puppy. The lady that did the meet and greet with us told us that she was going to have us come back the next day which is today to do another meet and greet. Next day comes and We decided to leave our house like 30 mins before the shelter open. We get there and I had my husband to go into the lobby to see if he was still available. Apparently he was so we get out to go inside and then they me mention he's at PetSmart. So we rushed to PetSmart but something told me to call ahead. I was being told yes he's here but he's in a meet and greet. So I called the shelter and made a complaint. Won't be dealing with this shelter anymore
