Everything went well. The wait was minimal, staff friendly however, the vet tech looked like she just rolled out of bed. She looked like she didn't even comb her hair. She had it up haphazardly with baby clips. I just feel the staff should look more professional.

Ted E Bear, my 4 month old Goldendoodle is so happy & excited when we arrive at Pusch Ridge Pet Clinic! Everyone is very sweet, and truly caring. He has discovered the most delicious puppy treats there! The veterinarians are exceptional in every way. As a nurse practitioner, I see how brightly Pusch Ridge Pet Clinic shines!

Brought my pup Rambo in for acute onset of severe lethargy, diarrhea and vomiting. He would not even walk on his own. I was very scared. The staff was great! Dr. Halstead quickly identified what was wrong. I went from scared of the worst case scenario to having my pup 90% normal within 24 hours and still improving. Thank you so very much for getting him in quickly the same day and saving his life! Forever grateful. Rambo and Phoebe.

WORST VET I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!!!!!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETA HERE!!!!! The customer service is awful plus they are understaffed. They should have stopped taking clients years ago. Every single time I call I am put on hold for a long time. There have been several occasions I don't even get an answer. I have ran out of pet meds in the past due to the fact I can not contact anyone. The old lady at the front desk is extremely unpleasant. VERY RUDE!! She always makes you feel like you are inconveniencing her. After finally being fed up with all the nonsense, I took my pets elsewhere. P. Ridge is making it very difficult for my new vet to get my pets files and history. They just keep putting them on hold, amd not ever picking back up. When my new vet finally got ahold of someone, they didn't send all the info. Now they are giving my new vet the run around again. EXTREMELY UNACCEPTABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
