I first went to Ally for my cats because they were a 5 minute drive, but now I and my cats love them so much that we drive 45 minutes just to get our care done here. Ally staff is the best! Truly the most wonderful, friendly, caring staff you'll ever meet. We've had them as our primary vet for three years, and hope to have them for many years more! They clearly have such affection for each pet that walks through their doors, and they make what could otherwise be a stressful situation, quite a pleasant one instead. I am so grateful for the love and care they've given my boys over the years, and cannot recommend them enough! (Pictures from their very first vet visits included!)
I’ve been taking my German Shepherd to Ally Pet medical center for 3 years for check ups, cytopoint injection (for allergies) and vaccinations. Overall experience has been ok but my dog started becoming anxious and scared only after a few visits. Vet has been always been 10-15min late to the appointment while they don’t allow pet owners to arrive late. I’ve been late for once and the next time they started charging me non-refundable deposit. The next time I show up 10min late (nobody wants to be late but things happen), they won’t let the vet see my dog and asked to reschedule with another deposit. What a joke.
I have now seen all the vets here and can say they are all caring and truly want the best for our dogs. Front office staff, techs and vets alike all seem to love animals. We have a large and small dog, and there’s been times the small dog (who has been through the ringer) has been able to be cuddled by staff as he’s either waiting for procedure (US, dental cleaning, etc) or to be picked up. Always so friendly, and can usually get in. Definitely recommend pet insurance…we missed the boat with our little guy and boy is it costing us. But cost wise I think it’s pretty comparable to most vets, and again there’s been times they’ve gone above and beyond to take care of our pups and do what’s best for them, and avoided things that were more complex or costly to us (ie figured out a way to skip the middle man for a fungal test..took asking questions and a little more work on the vet’s side but ultimately easier and cheaper for me). They also have been very supportive as we had to return our newest dog after he attacked our little guy. I truly appreciate Ally Pet Medical.
Ally has taken care of my dog for a couple of years now. They are responsive, compassionate, helpful, and so knowledgeable. I greatly appreciate everything they have done for me and my dog.
If you didn’t know, Dr. Dawson from Ally Pet is a certified G and she is incredibly compassionate Love her, love the staff, and love how they take the time to make us feel comfortable and heard. After our first appointment with them, they sent us a card welcoming us to Ally Pet family, something I’ve never had a vet hospital do. The staff are incredibly kind and empathetic and go “awww” every time they see my little fur babies enter the building. I love that because my dogs make me go “awww” all the time too. When one of our dogs was possibly terminally sick, they allowed us to take one of their patient rooms all day while our dog was getting fluids. They even gave us a mat and water bottles while we attended to our dog; only real G’s are this nice. Dr. Dawson and Dr. Sagona are the vets which we saw and they’re both incredibly sweet. They make an effort to give our dogs the best treatment possible. We see Dr. Dawson the most which is why I mentioned her initially but I’m sure the rest of the vets are lovely people as well. They laugh at my jokes so don’t be worried about having a boring doctor because they know how to have fun too (especially Dr. Dawson, she went to WSU so you know she’s a real party). The staff are very kind as well. I particularly remember Cody, May, and Keana who remain calm and kind while I’m internally freaking out about my dogs being sick. They’re all certified G’s as well. There are other staff members I love too but I can’t remember their names on the top of my head and it’s definitely not because I don’t recognize them from their website that I’m definitely not referring to. End message, everyone at Ally pet is a G and they know it. They walk it like they talk it and they’re confident in their abilities. I love them and if you don’t, then you’re a Karen who gives out 1 star ratings like candy to any minor inconvenience. Don’t be a Karen and be part of the Ally Pet family, they’ll give you a free card in the mail I have attached pictures of my fur babies that they go “aww” to if you wanna go “aww” as well
Ally Pet Medical Center is the best of the best! Dr Roberts is outstanding. She has been my vet for over 10 years. She is compassionate and extremely skilled and knowledgeable. I know my dog will always get the BEST care at Ally Pet. Dr Dawson is just as wonderful - compassionate, kind, attentive, considerate - everything you need a vet to be. I’m incredibly grateful to her and Dr Roberts for taking such good care of me and my dog. We’ve also met with Dr Worland twice now, and she is also cream of the crop when it comes to care. ALL of the techs at Ally Pet go above and beyond, and ALL of them share the same passion and compassion for pets. I can’t say enough good things about the staff. Thank you Ally Pet Medical Center!!!! We love you and are so grateful for all you do! (PS - I thought I had already written a review for your clinic on Google a few years ago, but I guess I didn’t. Should have written this ages ago!)
