Absolutely will us VCA again. I called my vet with an emergency and they told me to drive to Columbus. Wouldn't see her. (She's been going there since they opened.) VCA where she has never been a patient worked us in about 45 minutes later. The staff was absolutely amazing. The cost was affordable and my dog was seen promptly. Highly recommend!

I called to ask if VCA in Parkersburg could refill a prescription from a VCA in Kentucky. The very rude receptionist said a refill could not be filled without an office visit. I tried to repeat that I have a valid prescription that still has 3 refills left. She just kept rudely saying not without an office visit. I asked if she could go into their system and pull up my dog's office visit in Kentucky. She told me "we won't do that". Needless to say, if the receptionist is that rude then I won't even bother with the rest of the clinic.

I took my dog Kelly in to be checked. He was limping on one foot and had a tender spot on his side. Not to mention the ticks that are outrageously rampid this year already, my concern for Kelly's well being . All the staff involved with my shepherds care and well being, was awesome! They paid attention and listened to my concerns, they were awesome with Kelly! They told me over the phone what to expect for the amount of money it was going to be, and that it could change after examining him. They told me everything upfront. The procedure, the amount of cost, what procedures and meds he needed. They were ALL COURTEOUS, KIND AND RESPECTFUL ! I will keep coming back here for my beloved pets needs.

Love VCA with it's current staff the whole Team is awesome. They REALLY care about your animals not just looking to turn a profit. They strive to make you fully comfortable and understanding of your options and and the suggested course of actions. VCA Parkersburg!!

First of im thankful for this place i went to another vet wont say name but anyways my cat has stomatitis its a painful disease in the cats mouth this other place didnt not send any pain medicine hime or antibiotics he has to a have full mouth extraction they was gonna do half then 3 months later do other half not only that i mentioned to them what i thought wasa abcess i told 1st vet about it she l ookedat it made faces n said aww so i made appt withVca best choice i made because she looked at it its possibly a tumor in his mouth sent me home with meds n gonna do full mouth extraction not half and there so friendly n very helpful n very professional ty vca for helping my fur baby❤️

I needed a new vet for My older dog and I really like this vet. The vet, assistants, and front desk are very polite and kind. They are very knowledgeable and also compassionate. They took the time to explain things as well as being thorough. This will be My new place to go for any animal and I recommend them very highly. Thank you, VCA Dudley!
