Visited the groomers for a walk-in nail trim. My 2 year old dog all of a sudden wouldn't let me near his nails after a paw injury and the staff here were AMAZING. Patient, kind, and confident and really put my dog at ease at what could have been a very scary appointment (first time at groomers). In and out in 15 minutes - Life savers! Thank you so much!!

I mean.... i wouldn't get your dog groomed here.... and their trainers have NO business being "trainers" as they have no REAL training.... honestly its the same issue with their groomers..... BUT the rest of the staff is amazing and super helpful and nice and amazing! They alwaus go above and beyond! I always go here above any other pet store. They really are amazing in there.

Wow. I am shocked ( actually after reading the store reviews , not so much.) I came in and immediately as I was walking towards the back wit$ m6 cart , I heard a male employee say ”yep” ( to another employee ) then proceeded t9 follow me down every aisle. EVERY. FREAKING.AISLE! And I’ve never even stolen from here or anything ! I can’t believe how harassed I felt ! I let the lady at the checkout know that I was leaving and couldn’t even finish shopping because I felt like I was being followed… shop somewhere else ! This place sucks

They did amazing with my baby boy. I appreciated their attention to detail and he came out looking perfect. Would recommend. Don’t forget to tip your groomer. :)

Wow, horrible customer service today 6/22/2024. I stood in line for 10 minutes and when I went to buy my prescription food like I have every other time, I was told I had to go stand in another line. I explained that I had a back injury that prevents me from standing/walking for very long and that I had been able to purchase rx food before at the checkout lanes. The cashier was incredibly rude and told me “well you shouldn’t have been able to” while rolling his eyes. Zero accommodations were offered and the cashier had an attitude. Go here for service with a sneer! I know I won’t be back.

This store location is always a pleasant experience for us. The store is always clean. Shelves are fully stocked and the associates are very helpful and friendly.
