We recently visited Kitty Klinic in Olympia, and our experience was very positive. The clinic staff were professional and caring, providing us with high-quality assistance. We especially want to note that our cat is feeling much better after the prescribed medication. It's clear that true specialists who love their work are employed here. We are grateful for the attention and care shown to our pet and will definitely return if needed.

TLDR: Waste of time and money. Enjoy pics of my baby MJ ❤️ I really wish I could've had a great experience like these other reviews show. Unfortunately, it was just bad for me. Maybe they were busy, which I get, but the communication was terrible. I took my cat there and requested that they trim her claws, give her vaccines, and bring me a copy of what they did so I could submit it to pet insurance. They also didn't tell me in advance that I couldn't go inside or that they were busy (they didn't appear busy when I was there, but I don't know). 4 hours later, the vet calls me to pick up my cat. She sounded rude, didn't introduce herself, and told me my cat could lose a few pounds but didn't suggest what or how much I should be feeding her. She also said my cat was "fine." I get there. They took another 30 minutes to bring her out to me with no paperwork outlining what they did with her and no copies that I requested. I had to book it to an appointment, so I didn't request the paperwork again while I was there. When I got home, I realized they didn't trim her claws either because she made some painful biscuits on my thigh. So my takeway is this. They took 4 and a half hours to give her her vaccines and told me she was fat. Nice. Recently, yesterday, I called to ask when I could pick up my cat's paperwork. The girl I spoke to said, "we're in the middle of an appointment, so what's a good callback number for you?" So I guess they're answering the phone during your pets' appointment.

Thank you, Dr., Starry, and all so very much for taking such wonderful care of Baby Freedom on Friday June 1st, 2024. She is so adorable! She came home just as happy as can be, and has been sleeping like a human baby ever since. Freedom is not scratching her ear; she is not constantly chewing at her coat, and she has only had a light sneezing fit once since Friday. She is finally free to just sleep in peace. I've also been using her antibiotic strictly as directed as well. It has also become very obvious to me that her pain has subsided tremendously, and she seems to be aware of how this happened. I have been getting (I know this will sound odd) what almost feels like a thank you response from Baby Freedom, and there is no way I could ever express what that means to me. She seems to be -grateful- for being taken to the doctor. Thank you so very much for giving her that release from what she has suffered. We are both so very grateful, and we wish Dr. Starry a very blessed retirement. With our best regards and respect, Miss Kennedy, and Baby Freedom, Olympia Washington 98502

While for the most part everyone was nice, they were only nice when it came to making the appointment. A call to make sure I didn't show up to early was met with frustration from the other end of the phone. After waiting for the Vet to call with her findings/treatment and that call coming, believe it or not, I was hung up on before I could even choke out the word "Am" to ensure I was supposed to administer the medication a certain way. If you don't want to deal with people stricken with anxiety why are you in vet practice? If you don't want to explain to pet owners how to care for their sick pets, get out of the vet practice! I'm unsurprised, but saddened that not only our our human medical doctors rude and withholding, but now our veterinarians are too!

I have used the Kitty Komfort Inn, which is above the Klinic on a couple of occasions. It was nice knowing that if any of my kids had an issue while being boarded, they were just upstairs from a vet.

We took our budgie in because she was So weak and not eating or drinking. Dr. Kate Lindley saw her, did some fluid checks and more. Sent her home with a medication that I've been giving for 12 days now. She is is so much better. Eating, drinking and playing with our other budgie. We were also surprised at the reasonable cost to have everything done. We are all very pleased with this clinic and the staff. Thank you very much.
