If you are looking for a dog daycare, I’d suggest looking elsewhere. I called a week before we dropped our dog off and was told that the dogs are out all day playing (with occasional rest) and if weather is good some time would be spent outside. When we dropped our dog off in the morning, she was put right into a crate and were told they rotate dogs in and out every thirty minutes or so. When we picked our dog up at the end of the day I noticed this sign (pictured) indicating a different daycare schedule and confirmed with staff that she was only out twice in an 8 hour day. It’s frustrating to be told three different things regarding how daycare works, and if we would have known the truth we would not have brought our dog. I feel bad for our dog and feel like I was deceived.

This review is for PNL's dock diving pool only (can't vouch for other services), which was great! Clean and very secure dock, pool and ramp—safe for dogs and humans. The ramp up to the dock is somewhat steep, so grippy, water-friendly shoes are a must. Employee interactions were very nice, from Maggie (?) at the desk, to Sage on the dock, who had the perfect vibe for our "try-it" session. ♥ Dog loved it, human loved it, it was a beautiful day… highly recommend! We'll be back.

Mack loves going to Pet Nation for daycare and boarding. The staff take great care of him, and I always feel like he is in good hands. Called to see how he was this week and got a callback with report right away! They have taken care of multiple dogs of ours over the years! Would definitely recommend this place!

My dogs love Pet Nation! The staff are always so kind and friendly, and I really love their flexibility with drop offs. They have good prices and trustworthy systems that ensure the safety and happiness of all the dogs. I only wish I could take them more often! Thanks for all you do!

If i could give this place 0 stars I would. Do not i repeat DO NOT bring your animals here. If you love them you wont do it. they do not take your fur babies out they stay locked in a kennel all day. they take them out 1 time to use the bathroom. Do not trust them, they are just there to make $. they have no compassion for animals. One of the girls almost let my 10lb dog get attacked by a 30-40lb dog and didn’t even care. She just laughed when it happened and said “oops it’s a crowded area right now.” absolutely sickening.

Love Pet Nation!! My Golden Retrievers are obsessed with dock diving and love the pool! The staff is so friendly and professional. I highly recommend !
