This place is amazing! They are a dog rescue, and they place dogs with fosters until they get adopted. The dogs are never left in the kennels alone or overnight. They have open houses on some Saturdays but every Monday between 3-5pm. Be sure to contact them before going to the open house. I train dogs, and I love fostering for Forever home rescue. My 2 dogs were from there. One an owner surrender and the other a stray. Both pure breds and both we ended up adopting. I still foster for them, and this place treats their dogs so well. Better than other rescues I've volunteered for, but we won't mention any names (SGH).... FEHNE really care about all the dogs, and they are all volunteers. They're amazing! If you're looking to adopt a puppy or adult dog, this is the place. There is nowhere better!

My wife and I have been looking for the last couple weeks for a very special dog so we checked a few different shelters and with myself having combat PTSD and my wife having MS even though you wouldn’t know it we decided to look through Petfinder because someone suggested that from our church all of a sudden we received a email from Linda, whois the small dog coordinator well right off the bat we fell in love with her because this woman is so passionate about finding the right home for the right dog. You can hear her voice when you chat with her. Well, before we chatted with her, she checked out all references, so my friend called me who are used as a reference and he spoke with Linda and he said she was really dynamite and very passionate about what she does. Linda sent me an email saying don’t worry. The dog will find you well we met this beautiful dog we fell in love with scout who is a terrier mix she gave us her phone number on Friday during an email let me tell you something. We had the greatest conversation with Linda and she gave us like some great ideas like she said don’t you worry the dog will find you well we know it before this happened. Linda said we think Scott would be good for you and we didn’t even have to meet him right that scout was gonna be the right dog for us. Let me tell you something. She said you said we trust you she would be a good fit for Paula and I that’s my wife, so your word is good on 16 March came to my arms and was wagging his tail and he did the same with my wife. This dog is so sweet and I’ll tell you something we knew this was the dog for us. Linda called it out. I’m gonna tell you right now if you’re looking for a dog, this is the place to get it due to the fact that this place is dynamite. We met Renee, who is the foster mom for the dog. She went out of her way to help us with the dog. We went to dead to pick him up. She has a dog with three legs well that tells me her and her husband are fantastic. My wife and I cannot say enough about Forever home rescue New England. We cannot say enough about Linda and Renee. We’re going to attach some photos that we have by the way. I’m gonna recommend this when you decide that you want it to get a dog listen to Linda or whoever you dealing with from the shelter if you trust them, they will get you the right dog. Yay- Thank you to Forever Home Rescue NE! The experience was wonderful -we worked with Linda. We were interested in getting an adult dog that needed a good home. It was so easy via petfinder you type in the shelter name and all their animals populate. And then you reach out with your interest and select a few doggies in case your fist pick is taken. I just wrote open to suggestions. Few days later We were advised by Linda via email we’re being considered and to go to how to tab and put a deposit as proof of interest (100.00) PayPal We were emailed the list of steps that needed to be taken and documents to be sent; lease, vet info, pictures of where we live and dogs spaces. — sent a video and we got doggo. The only the only part I found tricky was paying the rest of the adoption fee. As it was a tad unclear and we didn’t want to put it in as a donation and not be received as adoption fees. Went to how to adopt and found the appropriate button and using PayPal made it easy and less worrying experience. She and we could not be happier! The pic Lady(Letti) on the way home 🏡

What an amazing experience! They take a great amount of time to approve you, and for good reason! The amount of communication and the documentation provided to us was incredible! Thank you so much for all of the effort to bring us our new family member ❤️❤️❤️
