My boy Mystery Socks was so very sick earlier this week. We were lucky and got an appointment right when I called. The entire staff were so caring and kind. Dr. Shuttle was amazing. He was so good to Mystery and explained what was going with him extremely well. It really put me at ease. Mystery had some blood work done and the results came in the next day. Before we left the appointment, he was dosed with a strong antibiotic. The bloodwork showed he was fighting an infection that was not viral. The antibiotic was given on Tuesday and he is back to his wonderful cat self on Friday. Highly recommend this clinic.

I cannot say enough about IVM. The staff is incredibly kind, sociable, patient, informative. They love animals through and through and it shows in every way. They treat my dog Mango like he's part of their family. Everyone knows him and he really enjoys going to the vet for the first time in his life.

I seriously love this place. They care so well for our dog and go the extra mile to make sure he’s happy and well. My dog tends to get nervous, but he walks in an out of this office with ease. I attribute his comfort to the dedication the staff give to making sure my pup has post experiences when getting meds, exams, and general care. I feel confident my dog is getting the best care at IVM. Thank you to everyone at IVM for making the scary sick days a little better and the healthy days great!

We have had our dogs cared for by the great IVM team for the past two years. They are a compassionate, attentive, professional, and customer centric team. Dr. John is a wealth of knowledge as he guided us through our journey with both our older dogs and our new puppy. Highly recommend!

My pup Bella has chronic ear infections, and as a result is terrified to go to the vet to the point she needs to be heavily sedated to go. Even with her sedated, previous vets could not do a full treatment on her because she was such a hot mess A friend recommended IVM. Dr. Webber was able to examine her ears, clean them, put the correct meds in them, give a Cytopoint shot, and draw blood. I was stunned. To get this all done previously would have been multiple visits and a shaking freaked out dog. Dr. Webber and IVM staff loved on Bella and made the visit comfortable for both Bella and us. Super caring, wonderful people there. I highly recommend IVM they will be the vet for all our dogs.
