I really don’t have words for how much I love this Vet and his team. Their facility is clean, prompt, and most importantly, always compassionate. They have a very competent team that is also kind and has a strong ability to communicate well with each other and clients. We have only lived in the area for a couple of years, but have an aging pack of dogs. We have had to euthanize our three year-old cat at this facility unexpectedly due to acute kidney failure and also have had to call Dr. Troop multiple times on weekends due to emergencies with our older dogs. They typically respond within minutes even on weekends. They also did a neuter surgery for our new puppy (6 months) and it was a complicated one because his testicles had not descended properly but it went great and he healed easily. The level of service is outstanding. We feel so blessed to have them just up the road from our house. We used to live in Saint Louis full time and I was really worried about finding a great veterinarian in a more rural area. On the contrary, this is the best one I have ever entrusted with the care of our “kids”. Highly recommend.

We absolutely love Troop Vet! They’ve been so good to us since we made the swap to them after moving and needing to find a new clinic. They’re quick to get you in for appointments and really care for your furry family members. All of the staff are so kind and really take time out of their day to help you. Thank you Troop Vet staff and Dr. Greenwell for amazing service!

We just started seeing Dr. Seals in January and have been in more times than I can count due to Skout’s recent injury. Dr. Seals and the entire staff have always gone above and beyond to provide him with the best care and to give me peace of mind. I really can’t say enough positive things. Keep it up!

Troop Veterinarians have shown compassion and understanding with our new cat. He was choking and swallowed the item. They let us come in asap to get checked out and gave our kitty full attention. Much appreciated!

My only complaint would be the pricing but you get what you pay for. Staff has always been great. Dr troop and his wife have went above and beyond with care and compassion when I have needed that support with my dog. I’ve been educated by them and felt supportive. They are reliable. I would say the only questionable action I’ve ever had with them was keeping my dog on a drug for his seizures that was not helping and maxing him out to just keep him on longer before switching to another drug and for the seizures to stop. As a dr I would think you’d try something different sooner. But also, I’m not a doc. Dr troops wife is so friendly and helpful. She’s talked to me after hours going out of her way to get answers from her husband while he was away just to help with my boys condition. It’s nice to know when the care and support goes further than expectations. Cleanliness is done very well. I’ve never had an issue and they stay committed to the schedules as I’ve had some places cancel and move things often.

We love Troop Vet and all vets and techs that have taken care of our pup. Dr. Seals and Dr. Greenwell have both seen her and have faith in both of them in routine and emergency situations! We haven’t had the privilege of seeing Dr. Troop but did hear him singing George Strait in the office so he gets a 5 star review too! 😁
