My husband took our puppy for his 4:30 PM veterinary appointment and was met with this crudely slapped-together sign. We did not receive a phone call, a text message, an email, not even a freaking smoke signal to let us know that the appointment was cancelled. My husband had to leave work an hour early and drive all the way out to Avon for absolutely no reason. We will not be trying Banfield again, and shame on the staff for their lack of courtesy.

We trust them to do what is best for our babies. They are so caring with them. They explain everything so well in terms that we understand. The hours are very convenient and you can get your pet in quickly. We switched from a bad vet that misdiagnosed our dog and he passed 3 days later. I love their wellness plans. It sure helps. I highly recommend Banfield!!

We love our Banfield care team. They love and treat our pets, just like we do. We have been to Banfields in various states in the US because we travel with our dogs. Every location has been great. Our home Banfield is wonderful. Dr. Clark will let our 15 year old basenji stay in her office with her, giving him love when he wants it. Can't say enough about the great team in Avon Indiana Banfield.

Dr. Lee and all the staff have cared for my dog for 7 years. I so appreciate their caring nature and compassion as Buster has aged. I trust them all implicantly.
