I can not recommend Katlyn enough!! She was absolutely amazing and treated me and my baby so nicely. She was so patient and understanding with my baby since she was very anxious from previous groomers. She took her time with her and loved on her like she was her own! I will definitely be going back!

I bought these lovelies from Pet Smart. With pet stores you have to keep in mind you buy "as is" & "at your own risk" ... Do your research and know the animal you are purchasing. Most people only know what they read online or what the pamphlet says, which both can be wrong. Do not expect clerks to do your homework for you basically. My crested gecko weighed 3 grams & wasn't eating. If I had not been knowledgeable enough to monitor him to start with, then able to address his eating issue he'd have died. I have to give Pet Smart credit for giving a good 14 days to return in case of illness or death. Be cautious when pet stores only give 24 hours.

Very clean store and great employees. Bought fish while I was there, and nobody had ever dipped before. Was a pleasurable experience, to say the least. Very fun people. Great attitude and loyalty to customers. It's really a winner for me. I'll drive across town for that any day! 😊

The groomer I booked with called out, but thankfully Katlyn A. was very kind and squeezed Olive in last minute. She did an awesome job grooming and getting her to smell so good! I’ll be booking with petsmart and her specifically again!

We love Maecy! She is the only groomer we have used for our year-old Havanese. She treats our dog like he is her favorite, and he always looks great! We drive an hour to get him groomed, and it is totally worth it!

The staff are very friendly, it's a very clean store U can find stuff very easily in the store And it was a very cool that I was able to adopt a cat with no issues being from out of state I highly recommend this store
