Today was our first visit to PV Vet and it could not have went better! We have a 9.5 year old chocolate Lab, who is transferring from a different clinic. Dr. Thivierge saw him and immediately diagnosed several things. He saved us a bunch of money with less expensive treatments first to rule out issues. You can tell how much he cares not only for the animals but for the owners and their experience. He sat on the ground as our 100 lb dog licked his face, what Vet would take the time to gain the trust by doing that?. I was so impressed and so happy we came to see him, I wish we would’ve sooner! I would Highly recommend this clinic and Dr. T. Any reviews about wait time should be a good thing, because you know they are taking the time to fully treat the animals and thoroughly answering questions. You do not feel rushed at all. Also they prices are absolutely the most fair in the area. Thanks again, Dr. T! We appreciate you so much already!!

We are new to the practice and were very pleased with everyone. The office and exam rooms were very very clean!! The staff is super friendly and helpful. I have been there for both of my dogs for two separate visits and it has been a very pleasant experience each time. Dr. Mack was wonderful! He took his time and answered all my question's. He explained everything in great detail and gave me options as to what their plan of care should be. They also sent us a welcome card which was very thoughtful of them.

We adopted a dog from FUR and his name is Roy. Roy was taken care of by Dr. Mack when he was brought in initially. Dr. Mack saved his young life. We continue to take Roy to see Dr. Mack. Everyone including all staff are great. I highly recommend Palm Valley Vet Center!

I moved from South Florida to Ponte Vedra, Florida and I needed to find a vet for my two little dogs, Bliss and Bella. I was recommended to Palm Valley Vet and Dr Mack by my DIL and several neighbors in the community. I wanted to establish a relationship with a new vet. One of my dogs has dry eye and is on a prescription eyedrop prescribed by my veterinarian in South Florida and I wanted her to be checked. The office is state of the art, the entire staff was so welcoming and I absolutely love Dr MACK. He spent a lot of time with me. I never felt rushed. After my appointment, I received a welcome card HAND written and signed by the doctor and everyone in the office. This is a first in my decades of going to a veterinarian. Their prices were very reasonable, the office was so friendly and I am so happy to have found this office and wonderful Vet, Dr Mack! I highly recommend Palm Valley Vet!

For the most part they are great! However, sometimes Appointment times are much like going to the real doctor...... Had a 9 am appointment expected from past experience to be out by 9:30... 9:45 at the latest didn't get out till 10 and that made me late for work so wasn't happy that day! But all in all good staff and they really seem to care about my dog.

Dr. Mack is wonderful. I sought his help with my dog after TYPLO surgery seemed to have failed. He was knowledgeable about the surgery and knew Phoebe’s orthopedic surgeon personally. He emailed Phoebe’s X-rays to Dr. Darrow in Germany to obtain help with treating Phoebe. He also arranged for Dr. Darrow to see Phoebe when he Darrow returned from surgery. The facility is also beautiful and clean.
