10/10 do NOT recommend Erik and his company. He makes promises he can’t keep and has more excuses than anyone I’ve ever met. We started with Erik late 2022 and he made a promise to my 10 year old daughter that he would see this through since she’s been let down and scammed before but he’s just like everyone else. He supposedly had to filed bankruptcy, had his car repossessed, had trips (but apparently had no money to put gas in his car to make our sessions), and every other excuse as to why he couldn’t make training sessions and then left us with a dog that could barely even sit. He’s a fake and a scam artist. When he was questioned about it he deleted and blocked me from his company page. We are talking about legal action against him since we had a “contract”. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! ERIK IS A SCAM ARTIST!!!

Erik is one of the most kind and caring people I have ever met. I've dealt with dozens of service dog trainers over the last year or so and not once has anyone come remotely close to providing the level of service Erik has. He is incredibly well-qualified for the work he does, but actively chooses not to charge as much as he potentially could. During the interview process he asks questions that are more than just required items on a form - Erik genuinely cares about everyone we works with and wants to become as knowledgeable about the situation as possible so as to best serve the client's needs. He is a great trainer, a distinguished veteran, and a wonderful person. There is nobody that I would trust above Erik with the training of a service dog for myself, my friends, or my family.

In a way, Erik and P.A.W. Service Dogs have given me a new lease on life. I have the sable and white (blonde-looking) Rough Collie in the photos, and he is in training to be my mobility and medical alert service dog. Erik is so thoughtful and dedicated, and I cannot say enough good things about him!

I am so pleased with the progress my pup, Pumpkin, a standard poodle, has advanced in her training to becoming a service dog for me. Not only has Erik patiently and expertly trained Pumpkin, he's also had to teach me to properly handle Pumpkin. I am extremely grateful for P.A.W. Service Dogs.
