If its after hours they don't care about nothing! They wanted to leave to stray cats in traps for 18 hours when temps drop below freezing temps tonight, I offered to bring them in I was told no nobody would help me at the shelter simple cover them with a blanket...utterly disgusting way to treat a living thing

Absolutely useless staff. Find people that actually care about the wellbeing of animals! Of the several people myself and family members have spoken to, very few are polite. Most seem disinterested and bored.

A very rude staff member responded to our call about a stray cat. Aggressively and uncaringly handled the cat even though it had been calm and sweet prior to her arrival. I would think that someone in her position might care about animals and actually want to help them...seemed quite the opposite in her case. Disappointing :(

What? Half a dozen different phone numbers all of which are non-working numbers? The one that did work went to humane society who called back some hours later and gave me right number which was not listed. Once again it was just a brush off. Nobody came. I had a pitbull that bit me the week before from neighbors whose digs are getting loose every other way and dig under my fence to get in my back yard. These dogs have killed 3 kittens and maimed a bigger cat all within my yard. Only plus is two got killed by cars while loose. Now they have a pig that us constantly loose. I have chased these animals out if my yard dozens of times. I have confronted the owners who couldn't care less. Looks like I have to take care of it myself since I tried to do the right thing and got blown off.

Google finally has the right phone number up! That being said, I think the address is wrong still. They are helpful and nice here, and if you have an animal caught, they are quick to pick it up. I am giving them only 4 stars because if you have nuisance animals on your property it takes them about a month before they will bring a cage out to catch them with (I ended up buying my own cage).

So recently had them out to take a look at what I thought was cats. Turns out it was a racoon family. Animal control trapped and dropped the mom in the woods, because they released the mom we cannot get the babies out of the crawl space and insulation of the home. I have them openly admitting that they should not have done this but also saying that it's solely my problem despite them moving the animal. (Animal control should only remove dogs and cats) So now I have to wait for the babies to wander out, or worst case scenario cut through insulation and do massive damage to my house attempting to retrieve them.
