Wonderful staff. On a Sunday afternoon while pet sitting our grand-puppy he started vomiting and was in pain. We brought him in for an emergency visit. He had a bowel obstruction and ended up having surgery. They kept us informed throughout his visit and followed up with us once we got home. He got so much love and attention during his stay. Highly recommend!

They always provide over-the-top service, fantastic customer service, great people to deal with, are compassionate, and always take their time. I have been bringing my dogs here since they open their doors first-class top-notch service. I can’t say enough about it. Visiting from out of town and our dog got very sick. The visit was fantastic. Caring individuals that provided great service. It was 2:30 in the morning. My expectations were pretty low, and I was really surprised by the care and consideration for our pet!! Really went the extra mile to help. Little Chloe thanks you!

I visited First Coast Veterinary Emergency twice within a twelve hour period because of my little fella Beans (on the day before his birthday…), but the entire staff was completely helpful and sincere throughout! It’s always a stressful situation, but Dr. Rowe’s expertise and compassion shines through; my dog received the best care they can offer and now he’s doing better. Thanks to everyone at FCVER for all that you do! He’s fine and dandy, plus he got to celebrate his birthday!

After a very scary Friday night with our 8 year old fur baby, First Coast Veterinary Emergency took good care of our dog and helped us navigate dealing with a dog newly diagnosed with seizures. They were able to control her seizures with medication and teach us how to be good owners for our pup. This clinic came highly recommended by our outstanding veterinarian. He mentioned to us that First Coast Veterinary Emergency is the only place in the Jax area that he trusts. We feel pleased and we are excited to be able to enjoy our dog for a while longer!

My instincts told me that I needed to get my precious pup down to the vet ER and then from there they literally saved her life and she was home, happy and comfortable with us 40 hours later! The staff is very empathetic and very attentive. I feel like my pet got the best care she could’ve possibly been given.
