Moving from Dallas Texas to Jacksonville right off Beach Blvd.has been awesome to say the least. After being a long time Banfield customer, they treated me as if I were a stranger when I came to Florida. I found this place for my dog, and I will say I've never been more satisfied. Forever Vets Jax Bch location have cared for my dog with vet services and boarding for the past year. The kennel staff, receptionists, vet techs and veterinarians are consistently kind, caring, offer exceptional care, and treat my dog like their own. DON’T GO TO THIS CLINIC!! I honestly think all the other good reviews here are written by them to boost their ratings. First of all, as soon as we sat down, they started shoving us all these unnecessary things without even giving my puppy a physical and/or fecal exam. I could tell they’re all about the money and less about giving great service. To explain, right when we got there, they asked for my puppy’s record which I gave them but they did not look at all the papers I gave them. They almost gave my puppy shots she already had but good thing I asked for clarification. I had to point at the vaccination record that was written on the paper I gave them. When I pointed that out, the assistant had to go back and talk to the vet once again. Then they started talking to us about other products like flea pills and other things my puppy does not need at this time. Puppies are generally too small for flea pills and they can just use spray fleas this age. I found a better clinic a week after and we loved their service. The vet we have now told us our puppy does not need all the shots and pills FOREVER VETS tried to shove to faces to pay for. FOREVER VETS is very corporate and they don’t care that much about your baby fur.

Best group of veterinarians in Jacksonville. They are caring and compassionate, easily accessible and even have same day appointments. Your pet matters to them, so much that each visit I have taken Tookie they have called and checked on him the next day! Currently he is be closely followed due to his allergies, yesterday I walked out feeling hopeful! Prices are fair, and comparable to other vets in the area plus they are a full service office and sell pretty much everything you need. Give them a try, you won’t be sorry that you did!

We love forever vets! Always a great experience! We have a 110lb dog, who is a scared of his own shadow lol. They always take the time to make him feel comfortable and less afraid! Our dog went in for kennel cough recently, and they carried him in and out so that he wouldn’t interact with any other animals! I was so impressed and our dog felt very safe! The staff is amazing!

I took my baby to this location, and the visit was great! The staff were all very kind and helpful.. From the phone call to book the appointment, to the appointment itself, everyone was wonderful. I definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a vet!
