They aren't my usual vet but when I needed the doctor they had me in the same day. He was gentle and worked with me on what was going on. Pass to 2 weeks later my baby needs to be fixed got her in for her fix but it was month out so I called him to see if it would be OK to give me another dose of medicine, he not only had it ready for me to pick up he gave me enough to last a little over a week. Great doctor and I recommend them for anyone.

I am so impressed with everyone at Animal Hospital of Bonita, especially Dr. Kitchen. You can tell she is very kind just by looking at her eyes. I called 10 to 15 vet hospitals trying to get my daughter's hamster seen due to an unfortunate accident that occurred the night before. I was so lucky they had a cancelation today and see exotic hamsters. From check in to check out, nothing but kindness, professional, judgment free and very affordable care. Thank you to everyone who works there and going forward, Dr. Kitchen will be my veterinarian for all of my pet care needs.

We have taken 5 dogs to them over the past 20 years. While our original vet has retired, her replacements have never disappointed us in any way. Nicole has never forgotten us. Our last dog passed away in Nov. 2022. We walked in last month with a new puppy. OMG, Nicole greeted us by name. She even remembers our long passed on dogs' names, their personalities, and their histories. Fantastic service.

We have been bringing our dog to this clinic for 3 years. I called today because our dog was having a medical emergency. The receptionist was very uncaring. We were told they were too busy to see us both today and tomorrow. Luckily we were able to be seen by another vet clinic. We will not be returning.

I took my Frenchie bulldog to go get neutered yesterday. It cost me $600 for a Frenchie that weighs 40 pounds not granted my dog is aggressive when it comes to going to the veterinarian I’ve had him since he was a puppy. I had an incident at this location prior they having him neutered. I’ll be going to this facility for 10 years, when he was a puppy, he had an ear infection and ever since the ear infection anytime I have anything that is gonna conflict pain on him. He gets very aggressive that occurred from their facility from their male doctor ever since that visit, he hasn’t been the same dog he’s the sweetest could be at all times with people and animals, children etc. etc. the fact that they charge me $600 to get a dog neutered was totally ridiculous. I called the SPCA to get their dogs neutered 150 discussing how they overprice everything anymore. this was my last visit and will never go back there againto mention that I was no longer going there. The girl said OK no problem 10 years I’ll be going to this facility very very disappointed.

Phenomenal veterinarian hospital. 2 of my 3 Sphinx had urinary blockages (1 repeatedly) my 3rd had an upper respiratory infection. My 2 older ones have a strong fight/flight response so was concerned about their handling initially. Hairless cats don't lie so to speak, there's no hair to cover bruises or abrasions and anytime they've been treated they've come back just like went in. Dr. Lawrie saved my youngest Rick James who needed a 6-8k surgery that I couldn't do as he wasn't insured (he's doing awesome). My other she took home with her during Thanksgiving as she wanted to keep an eye on him. I bred cats, worked with various rescues in NY, trained dogs, kept, bred and treated various reptiles. I know my animals and what's going on with them more than the average pet owner. Dr. Lawrie and Kris have my total confidence
