Since then, we have worked very hard at providing the highest quality of personalized care each and every patient. We provide a large variety of veterinary medical services for dogs & cats in the Sugar Creek, Sugar Land and surrounding areas.

I love this veterinary clinic! I have a 100 lb doberman/German shepherd who is all bark and no bite, but he can be intimidating. The curb side hand off with the vet techs was wonderful. They were very patient and he came back happy and calm. They made a normally stressful pet visit very easy which I appreciate. Everyone was very thorough, caring and informative and helpful with getting his flea/tick/heartworm medication filled as well.

If I could give zero stars i would. So I just recently moved to the Sugar Land area and needed to find a vet for my chihuahua. This is the second visit my dog has been to and she went to get her rabies vaccine. First of all I don’t like how you have to wait in the parking lot while they take your dog inside. I like to be able to be there with my dog and see what’s going on. Secondly, the price just for the visit is extremely higher than what I am use to at other places. Then after my dog got her vaccine and we went home, 3 hrs later she had an allergic reaction. We called and brought my dog back and they wanted to charge an extra $50 to get her more medicine for the swelling. I would’ve thought it would be no charge since it was their medicine that caused the issue in the first place. However my spouse was kind and let them know he was unhappy and the desk lady was rude to him and said if he didn’t like the service he could simply find another vet. He also voiced how he didn’t like waiting in the parking lot. And she went on about the veterinarian and how he has medical issues and these rules were put in place by him and we should respect that. So basically what I’m getting from this is RUDE/UNPROFESSIONAL staff. They were going to give me my dog back without treatment, fyi she has asthma and almost was at the point of NOT BEING ABLE TO BREATHE. And they thought my spouse was being unreasonable???? Definitely going to see a different vet after this. NO HEART.

We have so pleased with Dr. J Cox and his staff. They listen to our needs, questions, and treatment choices. They are informed as to the best care and treatment for the pet any any age and situation. Wow! This vets office is the most caring group I have ever encountered. I was hesitant because you drop your pet off and they take them in. But they kept me updated every step of the way and the vet came out to my car to explain things to me. Highly recommend! Thank you

All of the staff are very kind and personable, and radiate compassion. They always provide top notch care for my family's pets, providing us with helpful information and insights to take care of them in sickness or health, as well as options tailored to each situation and animal. Their service is professional with excellent communication. Cannot recommend highly enough!
