We had such as great experience at the Pioneer Clinic today. Although the case was not that happy( we had to put kitty to sleep), all staff were so kind and compassionate. They went above and beyond to make these bitter moments full with kindness and empathy. It was much needed today.Also special thanks for a card with empathy words and kitty’s paw 🐾 prints. Thank you so much to you guys! If we ever decide for another pet- we have you #1 choice in our ❤️!

Had a wonderful experience! Staff was amazing and friendly! Dr. Maier is amazing! He is friendly, compassionate and is considerate to my concerns. He handled my bunny with care which made me feel at ease. I highly recommend coming here! Especially if you have an exotic pet!

My wife and I had a hard decision to let go of our beloved 13 year old Pom/Pug "Precious". She gave us so much love. She will be surely missed. The entire staff was kind and compassionate for our loss . Our Precious was treated very gentle and the procedure was quick and painless. Thank you so much Larry and Jane

Everyone here is very nice. The doctors are always willing to answer my neverending questions with kindness and patience. My fur babies are very comfortable with the entire staff. We have lost 2 dogs while living here in Moses Lake and took them in to be cremated and we're surprised by a sweet card in the mail with our sweet dogs nose and paw prints. It was very touching to have them remembered in such a personal way. Everyone in ML or outside areas should feel confident in bringing their beloved pets here.

Went in for a reverse PG for my pregnant dog, we were looking to track her levels to see if she is ready for c section. The vet techs are super friendly and helpful, blood draw was super fast and I was able to get in and out within a 15 minutes or so. They also started providing a text pay option if you have an account with them which I thought was very convenient so you don’t have to wait around for the techs to submit paper work so you can pay and check out. They just send you a link to take care of your balance directly online. I’ve been a faithful customer with pioneer vet for the last 4 years, I would highly recommend this location for all your vet needs.

Wonderful place! I had an emergency with a dying 4week old kitten I found outside and they were able to fit us in! Now the kitten is doing great! I’m so thankful and appreciate you all so much!! <3 <3 <3 UPDATE: Today is Sweatpea’s birthday! (8/8/2024) It has been a year since she came into our lives and made our world so much brighter! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!!!
