Very clean, ended up going on a Saturday during adoption day, the store was busy but not crowded. this location was clean, including all of the animal enclosures. The staff were nice and it was easy to go in and get what I needed and to leave. despite the store being busy there was no line that I had to wait through. if this location was closer to where I live, I would definitely go again.

Made appointment for my puppies both of them needed grooming Before bringing them in made sure to disclose with salon that tails and ears are matted Groomer told me nothing to worry they there to take care it In a day of arrival problems started ! First they told me that ears and tail is matted ( seriously?) then for my second dog , standard poodle , groomer told me that she is scared to touch , because my dog is too big So long story short I took my both dogs home Wouldn’t recommend them Not professional, scared of dogs and clearly not in love with there job

I love the environment. They didn't have any Ghost shrimp that I went for. But I came out with some cool fish and two betta. One betta died in two days. Notices she was sick as soon as I got home. The other betta m fishes are doing wonderful. The staff is friendly. So were the other customers.

I am a usual customer with this location and was not happy at all when i cashed out with RENALDO (tall tan man with an Afro) he was very rude! My sister and I split the payment between cash and card and he reacted extremely discourteous (huffing and puffing, eye rolling, smart comments) because I believe he felt pressured there was a line forming and claimed he couldn’t accept my cash (split payment)! A few weeks later, we saw him again and he was being dramatic about the previous encounter saying last time we took 10 minutes when it DIDN’T! The negative report he has created makes me uncomfortable to come to this location and for him to ever cash us out again.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience with the grooming department. Booked my appointment online well in advance for a Thursday afternoon at 3pm for a Golden Doodle. Arrived on time with not one dog in the salon. The Groomer “Nelly” says you should have received a text message stating we changed your time from 3pm to 12pm. I explained to her that I never received a text message and there was no communication saying my appointment was changed. Then says “she’s unable to do large dogs so I’m not sure why they booked you at this time.” Fast forward a little bit, we ended up setting up a new appointment for Saturday at 8:30am, arrived on time just to be greeted by another groomer named Alyssa stating that she’s unable to groom my dog because she already has 4 dogs booked for the day and my dog is too big. I explained to her what happened from the last appointment and they pretty much told me, sorry there’s nothing we can do, we can set up another appointment sometime next week. I left the groomer very unsatisfied and very frustrated due to their poor service and poor communication, totally unacceptable and will make sure everyone knows about my experience!

Trying to apply for a job here isn't the easiest task, I've been putting in applications for this location from July 13th to the 31st, and still no reply, I even took the time to show up in person, spoke directly to a manager, saying he didn't have much time to discuss my experiences, he did say he would review my application and call me in a couple of days, and I have yet to receive a call back and it has been a week since then, in my opinion, that's a bit unprofessional, I feel I wasn't even given a chance. Seems like Petsmart is in dire need of all new management.
