I recently had a great experience at PetSmart. The staff was super friendly and knew a lot about pets, which was really helpful. The store was clean and had a lot of options for everything I needed. What I loved the most was how much the employees seemed to care about the animals. You can tell they really love their job. I'll definitely be coming back for all my pet supplies. I highly recommend PetSmart to anyone looking for good products and awesome service!

This is my neighborhood store (Surprise) and I love coming here to get my guppies & tetras, Jenna and Danielle are always really great to work with. Danielle talked to us about our dog's sensitive stomach issues and was very helpful in choosing the right food. We were very impressed with Danielle's extensive knowledge and professionalism, as she explained different options. Thank you Danielle & Jenna! 👍

Have taken my mother's dog to be groomed at this location for 8 years. We have seen groomers come and go over the years. We have had the good fortune of having the best groomer yet, Monique. Our dog just loves Monique, and has for several years. He even pushes on the groomers inside door to get in to see her. Recently Monique was on maternity leave and Kylie helped us. Our dog loved to see Kylie as well. Both ladies are excellent groomers! We just won't go anywhere else! Thank you both for taking great care of our dog!

Male manager with tattoo sleeve is rude. Long line and him and another woman jumped on a register to work the line down which was great. I thought he handled that well but then when we approached him to check out, no greeting just, “PHONE NUMBER??” Then I told him the hamsters houses are blocking their water dispensers and he could care less about it. Sorry you’re so stressed bro but it wasn’t even that big of a deal, never work at a pet store and act like you couldn’t care less about pet not getting water. If you can’t do retail, get out of it.
