I called 4:30 in the afternoon on. Friday after realizing my beloved pug Miss Hazel was having a health emergency. The young lady on the phone said, "Bring her right in. I was beside myself with concern because once we got there, we were brought right in and found out she needed emergency surgery. Everyone was kind and compassionate. I was instructed I could pick her up first thing in the morning. I arrived prior to opening ( I was nervous ) Miss Hazel was ready after a post op check up and looked great. The vet gave me instructions and let me know what took place. I felt informed. I loved how each person in the office brought something positive to the experience. I found everyone polite, calm, considerate, loving towards Hazel and very competent. The bill was much lower than I had anticipated. Her meds were included and so was her follow up visit to take her stitches out.

They got our baby goat in very promptly (same day)! Very clean facility. Waiting time to be seen was minimal even though they were packed. Fluke incident they lost power while there and they still didn’t slow down alternate lighting was provided and we continued our appointment. Staff was very supportive and friendly. Not many vets in Richmond county will see livestock so we are grateful they welcomed us in! Will continue to use!

So I initially went a little over a year ago due to my neighbors pit bulls break the gate and attacked my dog. Long story short they were the closest vet hospital near and me being nervous cause I'd never been there but they really put me at ease with a thorough exam of my pup. He healed well and the vet and staff were very understanding and caring about not only my dog but me as well. I could never say thank you enough for everything! Fastwarward to today 3/21/24, I took my pup back for his annual visit, exam, shots updated, etc. They were very thorough and very professional! Also to note is the prices are very affordable! I really would like to give a huge thanks to the VA for holding my pup so gently and soothing Him along the way. I will definitely say I made the best choice for my pups health and well being! I appreciate you all for everything you do!

We have been taking our dogs to Dr Cooley for over 10 years now. He is a great veterinarian and his staff is so friendly and helpful. Every time we call if we need to come they will say come on now despite being very busy. Great place

If you like being treated like you are a pain for asking questions about your animals condition well this is the perfect place for you. If you like sitting in the waiting room and hearing the vet talk about how he will let people's cats loose in the street if they don't pay their bill well this is the place for you. If you like hearing racists jokes being told by the vet while you wait hey you'll love this place.. I wouldn't pee on these people if they were on fire. My poor baby girl passed away and I will never know why. I requested an xray and was denied even though everything I read says "rush your cat to the vet for xray and blood work to find out what it could be" heck it could've been an ear infection who knows they didn't look. The woman vet walked in said she didn't know what it was prescribed 2 meds and told me to come back. She never gave me instructions on what to look for or how to care for my cat. They could have easily figured it out but they just want you to keep coming back to spend more and more money. She spent all of 3 minutes tops in the room with me and when I tried asking questions she was rude and snappy.

Friendly, knowledgeable, and reasonable staff. They took me in the same day. I just got my puppy 🐶 Rockie and wanted to ensure he was vaccinated as soon as possible. They even clipped his nails without me asking. Excellent service 👌 👏
