This CityVet location is my husband and I’s absolute favorite because the staff is so kind! We have a CityVet location closer to our home but we drive to this one because the customer service is noticeably better! One of the things that sets them apart is that they do follow up calls to simply check in with you and your pups to see how they are doing! We used to go to CityVet Frisco primarily when we lived in that city and we never once got a phone call to simply check in to see how we are doing! Another thing is the staff remembers their customers. They recognize us after only seeing them over the span of a year! They have also been incredibly understanding of our financial position. They work with us to create a health plan that meets us where we are financially while ensuring our dogs receive the medical care they need! We love THIS specific CityVet very much and are very satisfied with every visit we have had with them!

I will never return here! I asked them to be transparent about the bill and was quoted $130 which I gave my signature for. Right when I went to check out they double the cost without any remorse whatsoever. These are horrible people that scam for their income. I think they thought I was clueless because I am young. I do not recommend coming here. Even after arguing I wasn’t given the amount that I signed for I was still charged past that their quote. I am a recent college grad with absolutely no money and the only thing I asked was to know the bill. I’m so disappointed that there are people like them taking care of animals.

I have recently moved to the area and my elderly dog was having digestive issues and they were able to get me in immediately! They handled my dog with love and care and they were very compassionate with me. Grateful for such a great experience!

I am so very grateful to City Vet Celina Crossing. They took such wonderful care of my sweet Bentley. I took him in on Friday for a minor emergency. We were treated with such kindness. City Vet took care of Bentley and got him all fixed up. They called on Monday to check on him to see how he is doing. I cannot express my gratitude to City Vet Celina Crossing. I am so thankful.

City Vet in Celina was fantastic. Our regular vet was out of town and out little Cairn Terrier, Tucker, had been licking his paws to the point they were getting raw. City Vet in Prosper didn't have any available appointments so they referred me to Celina. They got us in right away and we were in and out in 30 minutes. The doc was very informative and caring. Will definitely go back.
