First visit great experience. Nice facility, warm friendly staff. Took my dog in on short notice to get vaccinations up to date for an upcoming kennel stay. Doctor was personable and went above and beyond in my dog’s care. Would highly recommend.

10 stars!!! Was able to get in right away on an emergency basis. After bloodwork found out my baby girl has chronic kidney disease. From the time you walk through the door till you leave all staff treated us like family. Very professional. Dr Taylor has a calming demeanor. Very thorough. Explained everything well and vet tech went over the medicine and how to administer. I live in the high desert but will now be making this my vet for both my dogs. Definitely worth the drive down the hill knowing my fur babies are in good hands. Thank you Dr Taylor and staff.🤗 And Lola thanks you too.

Pet Lux provided an exceptional experience for my beloved chihuahua's dental care needs. I've been taking my dog to Petlux for the last 3 years and I can't say ENOUGH nice things about them. When I relocated to Palm Springs in 2021, I didn't have the easiest time re-establishing a Vet relationship....until I found Pet Lux! The entire team makes you feel VERY welcome and part of the family. Most pets aren't super thrilled about going to a clinic, but the crew at Pet Lux breezes swiftly past that and makes both human and pet feel appreciated and loved! I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality, friendly and thorough service for your animal loved ones!

I must say this is my second visit here and each visit seems to get more and more welcoming and the quality of care that these vets and vet tech show all of the peps is heartwarming and very reassuring that I know I found my Forever, pet vet!!! When you go make sure you ask for Yvette! We connected right off the bat because Of our Frenchies and awesome personality, I knew my baby was in the best of hands!

Knowledgeable, friendly, service. I was a client of VCA for 13 years. During, and after Covid hit, it became almost impossible to schedule an appointment. Their prices increased significantly, and their caring service, seemed to disappear. The last straw for me, was trying to get my dog an appointment's to evaluate a growth on his head. VCA couldn’t get me in for two months! That was unacceptable. I decided to call Pet Lux, and they were able to see Lucky the very next day. That day, I had VCA send Lucky’s records to Pet Lux and the rest is history. I’ve been with Pet Lux for over two years and have been extremely happy with their care for Lucky. By the way, thankfully, the growth was not cancerous and Dr. Kim did such a great job suturing, it’s as if she never removed the growth. Thank you Dr. Kim!
