Very friendly staff ,Smart. They know what they are doing. I don't know about the dog grooming Area I seen dogs go in and never come out. This one time, I saw a lady drop her dog off, and a frog came out in its place. So I stay away from that part, but it could be just my imagination. Because in the cat area will never mind just know go to PetSmarts for you furry babies need.

The lady Shelly who runs the cat adoption is VERY rude and quick to judge. She was trying to give me a deal on 2 of her kittens then when she saw I had a child told me No,my child is too young. " like the cat is for me an Adult not my child. My responsibility to raise my child to respect that animal. The kittens weren't a good fit anyways. They were very feral still and shy for 5 months old kittens but they had a rough start. In the meantime I rescued a 4 month female who fits in the family perfectly and my daughter can grow with . Just want people to be aware of this in case they want one of her kittens. This store is under staffed too and alot of the staff has no idea what they are talking about. I Pefer caters or petco,Just saying, hopefully they can get it together. The store has alot of potential. It is the cleanest pet store in town & the shelves are always full.

Don't bring your pets here. I called to make a grooming appointment for my dog letting the lady know that I have come here before, she assured me that I did not have to bring any vaccination papers. I ring the bell and one of the employees immediately rolled her eyes at me as soon as she saw me and ignored me. I waited outside for at least fifteen minutes before she came to assist me. I walk in and she gives me the worst attitude ever. I let her know that I have an appointment and she says she doesn't have me in the books when I clearly show her my appointment time and date, she rolls her eyes once again and tells me that I need vaccination papers, i politely told her that I didn't have them because I had already brought them before and she then started getting hostile with me telling me that she wasn't taking me in. PetSmart, if your employees treat PAYING customers like this imagine how they treat the pets! The employee was a big girl with black hair, pale skin, and I believe her name was Kristina. I will never return again and I suggest not coming here. Go to Petco the services were 20x better.

They had good info on aome of the things but the fishes are in poor environment you can tell there not being fed or even cleaned out and I perfer not going again it gets me sad to see really I hope they can be more lovable towards them

Ashley is an amazing groomer! Not only is she friendly, but most importantly she is so meticulous yet gentle with my poodle. I highly recommend her! She is the best! ✨💕
