Stay away from Petsmart their distribution center has some type I can’t think of the name of the moth but when you walk in Petsmart at the 3800 store here they have it on a display right when you walk in the door there’s moth all over the food. It’s on the shelf. They had it last year and they were still continuing to feed dogs this and it will make your dogs sick. Small dog could kill, you will have to take care of it out of your house. It’s gonna cost you hundreds of dollars and all of your dry food you have to throw away it’s horrific they are still doing this. I complained last year and as I see Petsmart, don’t care about pets at all.

The cats in the back had almost no litter. I get they’re up for adoption but they can at least make sure they’ve got enough litter so they don’t step in their own stuff when they need to use the bathroom. One of out of four or five cats had a decent amount of litter.

The grooming service was unsatisfactory. My dog still had an odor when I picked her up. They often refused to groom dogs for minor reasons, even when they could easily work around them. The staff is difficult to deal with. When I politely asked a question, one of the employees turned her back and pointed to her senior without saying a word. I am paying for this service, not receiving it for free. The staff did not smile and seemed unhappy. The atmosphere was strange, and the room was darker compared to other locations.

Good selection of products and helpful employees. You can find most anything you would need for your pet at a PetSmart. This location has some cats for adoption from Operation Kindness.

I took my Pit in for a bath and nail trim. He’s a little shy and doesn’t trust easily. However, Giovanni (sp?) took Diesel back and was SUPER friendly and informative. Diesel was treated very well and his nails look GREAT! He even gave Giovanni kisses! Thank you so much for being patient with my big baby!

Got forbid your pup uses the restroom on the way in or out. Some guy will go on a power trip yelling at you since you want to put your pup up before cleaning it up since it is stupid to try to settle an anxious dog with cars nearby while doing anything else. -5 stars, will never use a petsmart again. There is a petco on beltline just east of this location. Just go there.
