Description "Between 3pm and 5pm please call for an appointment to assure someone can assist you. SAD TIMES NEED A CARING PLACE! We are here for you!"
I wouldn't even give one star if I could. I have been in contact with Christine all week, she knew we had an apt with our vet to put my beloved dog down today. My boyfriend called and confirmed with her an hour before. While we were about to have him put down she called back and said she could not take him in leaving us hysterical and without a plan. My boyfriend asked when she was at capacity and she stated since the first call. I feel this was extremely unprofessional and could have been easily avoided if she had just been upfront about the unavailability. Definitely do not recommend.
Brought my first girl here. That was a easy great experience.id give that experience a 5 star. This time not so much. Thought I'd bring my other guy here. Wanted to bring my other senior cat here unfortunately no one ever answered. Or even called back after multiple calls. Absolutely horrible communication. Which is weird being that they are in a very time sensitive business. What kind of business dosent call back after multiple calls and messages left. I don't wanna drive somewhere with my deceased pet in the car without knowing if it's a set done deal or not. Because I don't wanna have to transport him back him and back again later. Especially with the way buisnesses have been working ever since c19. Everything is very appointment orientated. Just disappointed. Especially since the first experience was so smooth. I expected the same. Overall good buisness. They just really need to work on communicating and returning calls.
Caring compassionate staff makes all the difference in the world. I've used their services several times in the past and believe Siskiyou County is very fortunate to have them.
Losing our Border Collie, "Ellie", was heartbreaking ...for us, and for all who knew her. Jackie at PurrFect Paws was extremely compassionate, and made this difficult process more comfortable. She put us at ease, and spoke of "Ellie" (always calling her by name) as if she had loved her too. When we picked up her ashes, we received a beautiful sympathy card with a little keepsake charm, which I will make into a piece of jewelry and wear as a reminder of the loving soul of our precious and beloved "Ellie" who will live forever in our hearts...until we meet again. Thank you Jackie
Not like it used to be!! I had great service when the Girdners owned it. I had a terrible experience this time. I had a terrible time getting ahold of them, they wouldn’t return messages, didn’t keep me informed of when I could pick up my dog. The person who works in the back was great but he doesn’t handle the paperwork or arrangements. I’m sure he frequently is put in a position of apologizing for the flakiness of the front office person. The charge was double of what it is in Southern Oregon for same service. I would not use them agin I’ll just drive over the hill and save the stress!
Christina is a super compassionate wonderful women! She understood the pain I was going through when my Charles past away and was so endearing through my whole visit. Such a sweetheart! Thank you, Christina!!
