July 3rd, 2024, they took our 14 year old Shi Tzu/Corgi mix into emergency eye surgery. Day before a holiday, and not only did this team accept the visit, they performed surgery at 4 in the afternoon. His (right) eye had to come out due to a melting cornea resulting from ulceration resulting from calcium deposits. I was freaking losing it. I cried hard enough to have a headache. Thinking my Fuzzy Best Buddy may not make it through the surgery, due to his age and a heart murmur (3 out of 6 on the scale), I was put at-ease by these calm professionals before they embarked (no pun intended) on the two journeys into and out of anesthesia. We are about to leave the hospital, and Big Al is alive and on post-op watch. It is the day before EVERYTHING is closed—they fit us in, kept us informed of after-care, and lifted our spirits with courtesy. My senior dog had an emergency eye condition develop suddenly and their amazing team was able to fit us in that morning and then do emergency surgery the very next day. I know they really moved mountains to make it work because they understood that he was in so much pain and it needed to be done ASAP. I also had a great experience with their team helping me submit my insurance claim through Trupanion for instant reimbursement. I appreciate Dr. Lynch and her staff (Kelly and Monique to name a few) for all of their hard work and dedication. My pup is finally on the mend and on the road to recovery. Thank you!!!

I took my dog to Veterinary Vision Animal Eye Specialists for a checkup. The staff was very friendly and professional as usual, and they explained everything clearly. The facility was clean and modern, and they had the latest equipment. The doctor Gwendolyn Lynch is very knowledgeable and compassionate, and she gave me a detailed treatment plan. The surgery the she did went smoothly, and my dog recovered well. She treated and acted fast and right decision , and she is happier and more active. I am very grateful to Veterinary Vision for improving my dog’s quality of life. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs an eye specialist for their pet. Excellent speciality Veterinarian services! I can’t speak more highly about Doctor Maggie Li Pima, who is incredibly professional & personable, caring & succinct, while being an expert in her field. She and her staff were knowledgeable, caring, and comforting both my dog and our family! I would highly recommend Dr. Li Puma and Veterinary Vision for all our pets’ vision needs!

This office has gone above and beyond for my Boston terrier Layla. She was referred to Dr. Lynch for an emergency surgery for a deep ulcer. They were able to get my pup in the very next day. This office has been so accommodating, helpful, professional and you can tell they genuinely care about your animal. I feel so grateful that I found this office and they were able to get me in just in time. So far the healing is going well. Dr. Lynch is very kind, calm and compassionate. I truly feel like Layla is in the best of hands. They communicate things clearly and I don’t feel like they are rushed in this office. They take the time to answer all of your questions. The front staff is so helpful and prompt. They even have been texting me and answering all my questions and concerns. I drive almost 3 hours to this office and it is worth it! From the moment we walked into Veterinary Vision Eye Specialists we knew our dog was in good hands. We cannot speak highly enough of the calming atmosphere in that office. The staff was happy and warm, everything you would want for your pet; they put us at ease. They treated our dog with great care and everything was explained to us very calmly and patiently. Our dog needed a small procedure and he was none the worse for wear. For a visit to the vet, it was the best experience for all of us to date.
