My husband and I just adopted our second dog from Friends Forever! Let me say that these people are THE BEST! Carol is awesome, and everyone cares for the animals as if they were their own. They spend the time and make sure the pet you pick is right for your situation. The first pup we looked at just didn't like our current dog. When another was introduced they both hit it off like old pals! Carol made sure we had the right girl for our family. You would not know that you are walking into a pet shelter. You will not get that smell that always seems to be a give away that they are not a clean place. Thank you Friends Forever for giving us two wonderful girls to give our love and home to! ❤️❤️❤️

We just adopted a dog from them it was a amazing experience it's so clean they are so helpful and you can tell they take extremely great care of all there animals we got a very sweet loving puppy with alot of energy !

Good dog park, people that work there are always friendly and helpful. I always take my aluminum cans there for the animals. They have good fund raising events throughout the year to help take care of the animals. Remember, adopt don't shop!

I've bought a dog from here before still have the dog she's a great dog loves people loves cats other dogs and I've trained her well. Getting her was a pain in my butt because of the process. But I see they have another dog that my husband really loved so we put in an application for him he would call about him and even visit him any chance he would get! He loved him very much. They called me last week saying they needed some updated shots for my other pets sure no problem I can do that and they said they would get back to me . Well I go to look at their page and he's gone . My husband was so upset because they gave us so much hope when all they had to do in the beginning was say oh no you probably will not get him so they didn't raise our hopes as high as they did or call me sooner than 4 days after the dog has already left saying i need to update a shot for another animal I would have no issue getting an updated shot. Their system is flawed and needs to be corrected this is very unfair and rude to people we have feeling just as your dogs do please keep this in mind when reviewing multiple people. I'll probably stay clear from you guys now because of the way you do your process.

Fix your adoption system. Raising hope of a dog we wanted and visited and called about is not fair and so cruel. I feel bad for all of these other people who are literally saying the same thing as me do something about it. Your staff are so nice and friendly so fix the other issues and you could help the dogs and cats so much better. Don’t upset someone else because of this issue it’s not fair to them.
