No one wants to do their job there... what am I paying taxes for if it's paying these people to do nothing

I called them for help with a sick or injured raccoon in my back yard and nobody called me back I'm a senior who is trying to do the right thing for the poor animal nobody cares about it this place is terrible the raccoon could have been saved but they prefer it to die in my back yard I will NEVER call them again
