I wouldn't even give them the one star I bought five fish from them I've lost 3 of them in a period of a week the water is fine and everything and I got one to replace the other ones and it died before I got home I live 10 minutes away

Not worth 1 star I took my daughter’s cat three times !! To only be told come at 7am there were two other dogs there that scared my cat the staff was acting scared and nothing got done then made promises that I would get a discount and then said they don’t remember!! I lost 3days of work for nothing

Grooming: Emily Z did a great job with my Havanese/Dachsund mix. She’s a nervous pup and I’m sure was a handful but everyone was very welcoming and kind. Also, the cashiers are always very patient and friendly at this location.

There is an employee there that gave me outstanding service. Her name is Katherinne. She had an accent. But I really hope she gets a well deserved promotion soon. She seems to really care about the pets and the pet parents. Very knowledgeable.

Great service! The groomers are so nice, caring and friendly! Its mainly what i go for and even though they are not always perfect, the humble hospitality and my fur baby leaving happy with a smile every time, make up for any of the not so perfect work! My pups comfort means more to me than perfection!

PetSmart is a good place to get basically everything your pet could need. It's also great when you find one that has a Banfield in it. That way, you can easily find a vet for your furry pal. They have a reward program where you earn points that can periodically be traded for a discount and is good for special offers or sales from time to time.
