I’ve been going to Puppy House for about 3 years already and they are the best always leaving my fur baby looking fresh and cute. The owner BO is amazing she loves and cares for these pets like they’re her own.

Joey did a wonderful job, my dog looks great! Been here a few times before and they have always accommodated us, even though we usually do not have an appointment. The inside is clean and they even have a few things you can purchase. Bath and cut took approx 1 hour in a half and there were a few dogs waiting. I’ve gotten my dog groomed many places in the surrounding area, but Joeys work wowed us, we absolutely love it. I recommend this place for grooming.

Took my dog here and they called saying they had issues with her eye. When I went to pick her up her eye was popped out and had to take her to the vet to get it back in. She is now going blind in one eye because of this, I don’t recommend taking your shi tzus or small dog to this place. This is how her eye looks now after it was pushed back in by the vet. If you need a good place go to My dog spot is the place. my two dogs love it there and the lady has always been so sweet, patient, and gentle with my other dog who gets anxious at the groomers.

I’ve taken my dog here a couple times. For some reason my dog seems scared or traumatized after I pick her up. I was hesitant to bring her back this last time but decided to go for just a wash and trim around the ears. It’s been about 4 days and my dog has been lethargic not wanting to eat or drink water and with bumps on her neck and back and hiding under my bed which is not the norm. I’ll be following up with my vet today I hope it’s nothing serious. I don’t recommend taking your pet here something just feels off about these groomers and the facility. So sad to see my puppy not feeling good and it hurts me thinking something bad is happening to dogs while in their care. Another issue I noticed, it was extremely hot and the AC was broken not sure if that contributed but I Hope they got that resolved!

Very bad experience I already took my dog previously but two months ago I took her very badly cut her hair and apart they hurt her skin she had several cuts of her skin and also not if they did not clean the machine with which they cut her hair I hit my dog the truth be very dissatisfied the first time they left her beautiful but this time I was not if I was a new worker because they left her very bad. I wouldn't take her there again.

I wish I could give this place all the stars! I have an older, long-haired, senior kitty I found a couple years ago, and she had badly matted fur. No matter what we did we could not get it cleaned up. I had been rejected by a few places (*cough* petco *cough*), but Puppy House said they could take her! They were so gentle and kind. She looks beautiful! They didn't cut her in a single place, and they took the time to explain everything to me. I can tell my kitty is much happier now too. A big thank you to Bo, she's the best! Thank you, Puppy House!
