I had an excellent experience with Scott Beran from Aces Wildlife. He answered my call and spoke to me for a very long time in an effort to help me figure out a noise in my attic without having to pay him for an inspection. He was so knowledgeable that I chose to have him out for an inspection anyway to check things out himself. He was able to come out right away and was prompt at letting me know we needed to reschedule due to the rain. His follow-up and communication is great, which is so hard to find! He responds fast and was even early to the appointment.....he called first to make sure that was okay. He did a thorough inspection for $100 (reasonable i think for climbing thru an attic and checking the perimeter of the house), answered all the questions I had without making me feel rushed, told me what he found (even showed me and provided pictures), and even let me know about a suspected roof leak so I could call a roofer and get that fixed before we see interior damage. He was even timely in getting me an estimate for repairs as well. He was a super nice, reliable, and professional military veteran that I would highly recommend. We will have him out in March to do the recommended bat eviction.

We had a bat hanging under our patio. After calling another company to remove the bat in which the bat came back the very next day and the person also told us we had a bat infestation in our attic we decided to get a second opinion and called Aces. Wow I am so glad we called them for a second opinion! While the other company was wanting to charge us over a thousand dollars to take care of the problem, Scott came out and did an inspection on our attic finding no bats at all! He then proceeded to screen a vent and told my husband how to seal our ridge vents to prevent bats from entering our home should they decide to ever want to come in the future. When I went to pay him he was very generous and didn't even charge us to screen in the vent. Something else Scott did was suggest we place helium balloons near the roosting place of the bat on the porch to help encourage it to find a new place to rest. He did that over the phone before our appointment and It worked. Scott is refreshingly honest and kind, a true man of integrity! He tried to help us before ever even getting paid?! When one company tried to rip us off by lying, Scott on the other hand barely charged us anything, yet he helped us be rid of the bat living on the patio and helped us protect our home from future bats. I would highly suggest calling him for your pest needs. I just wish I would have called him first.!

We bought our first home in April of 2018. In July we noticed a few small mice in the basement. After setting some traps we saw 3 snakes!!! We reached out to a pest control service near our home and worked with them for months yet still saw mice getting caught in traps and other activity in the basement. The other company was unable to find entry points and we were at our wits end. We saw all the reviews for Aces and called Scott. He came out and explained to me what was happening and we made a plan. He found several potential points of entry and one that was most likely. He sealed them all up and cleaned / sanitized our basement. He was able to find a large nest that he cleaned out and we have seen ZERO activity in well over a month. Seriously such a great company to work with and I would recommend to anyone. Great service, dependable and all for a very reasonable price!! Thank you Scott and team!

Do you need wildlife removed? Aces will schedule a prompt appointment and then cancel it, then cancel the reschedule, while coming up with zero solutions claiming their hands are completely tied. After a month you will still have your pest problem, unless you're smart enough to just call someone else to begin with. Edit: If it is your policy to refer you to one of your competitors, why did neither of your cancellations include even a mention of an alternative? Is this maybe a new policy that you enacted recently (as in, in direct response to this review)?

In the spring of last year I was referred to Aces Wildlife Removal by a local real estate agent who highly recommended them. Scott was able to make it to my home and identified that I had both squirrel problems as well as a family of raccoons inside my cedar chimney surround. Scott used natural products to repel the raccoon mother and babies from my home. The squirrel issues were resolved as well. I highly recommend Aces Wildlife Removal and keep their contact info handy for future needs.

Very happy with the work Ace’s Wildlife Removal has done. We no longer have the raccoon in our attic and the barrier that was put up I’m not worried about them coming back in.
