Wildlife Command Center came to my nieces birthday party yesterday and everyone had an amazing time! Holding an owl and a baby lemur was a once in a life time experience and my kids are still talking about it 24 hours later! Not only were there bunch of animals but Michael was patient and very informative about each one. We will definitely refer Wildlife Command Center to our friends for future events!

Wildlife Command Center has provided excellent support and professional service on two occasions for me. Both times I experienced ease in scheduling and outstanding communication about my problem—even after hours and over the weekend. I had an injured bird in Jefferson County Missouri and had a difficult time finding someone to help. After several phone calls, we got the number for the Wildlife Command Center. Michael was quick to respond to pick up the injured bird. Thank you for being available to help.

I reached out to Wildlife Command Center because I had a wasp problem that I couldn't get resolved. I had already worked with a local pest control company that came out and sprayed and put dust out for the wasps at least 4 times, but couldn't resolve the issue. When I called Wildlife Command Center, the lady on the person carefully listened to the issue I was having along with the background information I provided. She schedule Michael (the owner) to come out the next morning for an assessment. Michael texted me 10 minutes before the appointment time to let me know he was coming. He arrived a few minutes early, which I appreciated. He assessed the situation, and his immediate thought was correct. The previous spraying and dust attempts to get rid of the wasps didn't work because the pesticides weren't getting to the larger nest. The nest was much bigger than expected and was in a section of the garage wall. Michael opened up a section of the wall and carefully removed the wasp nest and my 2 month wasp issue was resolved in about an hour. Take in mind Michael was only coming for an assessment that day, but he recognized he could deal with the issue right away and did. I had a lot of questions during the process, but he was very patient and answered all of them. At no point did I see him feel nervous or scared, which made me feel at ease. Thanks Michael and team for finally giving me the peace of mind that the wasps will no longer be an issue.

Tim Cooler was punctual, professional, and informative. He stayed on top of the situation until it was resolved. Not only did WCC remove squirrels from my attic, they replaced the insulation that was completely gone. It’s a one stop shop and I would highly recommend their services.
