If I could put no stars I would. These people are crooks. We had to get two cats spayed and in anticipation of that we asked for a quote a few weeks ago which came out to what we thought was high but reasonable, $420ish. Drop the cats off and now they are asking for $850+ for us to pick up our cats. They claim they messed up the quote and will not honor it. Even though we brought the actually quote they gave us. I would get it if it came in at maybe $500 because they forgot something but not more than double. I would have looked elsewhere if they gave us an honest quote for what they were actually going to charge. Cause that is ridiculous. I will never go to this facility again and will be sure to tell everyone I know to never do business here.

Brought our 3 pets here this past week and the staff were amazing! I was worried about transitioning to a new vet but the staff was super helpful and the doctors were very open and communicative with me about our pets health. Thanks again! -Visited again today and the staff was wonderful as always!

I moved here a month ago and was lost as to where I should take my Pomeranian Lily. My girl wasn’t feeling well. Overnight she got so sick and could barely get up the next morning. I thought I was losing her.. I stopped into a couple other veterinarians that were closer to home but couldn’t help at the time. I was panicking! When I walked into Clinton Animal Care Center the receptionist was kind and really sweet during a hard time. They were able to see Lily on an emergency visit within 10 minutes. It’s been a few days (home with meds) and Lily is back to her old dog self and I really appreciate the time and care they showed for my best friend.

My boyfriend and I take all our pets here. They have the best people skills and pet skills. They are so kind and passionate with our pets as well. They also have an amazing job with grooming, we have a sheper-doodle that grows hair every which way, and they made magic happen. It is truly a good place for your family pet.
