Pucci Chateau is great. Your animals are well taken care of and given lots of love and attention. I wouldn’t take mine anywhere else because they are given so much more here. Prices are not bad either.

Affordability isn't the only reason why I keep coming back to Pucci Chateau. The staff's commitment to caring for my babies is unparalleled. They've gone above and beyond to accommodate my last-minute request of keeping my dogs for an extra day with no prior notice. Their flexibility and willingness to accommodate unforeseen circumstances have earned my trust time and time again. My little guys are always happy and content when I pick them up. xoxoxo

I was looking for a new place when I found this one. I shall look no more! Renee went beyond what she was expected to do to care for my dog. I could tell by my dog's demeanor when dropping off / picking up from the last place that he did not want to be there. That is NOT the case with Pucci Chateau! I could tell right away that he was treated well and he was happy when I picked him up. They are knowledgeable about different breeds and their needs and their price was cheaper too! Just look at this smile when I got him home!

This facility is the absolute worse. I'd brought previous dogs of mine to this facility and had a good experience. After I purchase my last dog in Dec 2022 i began bringing her here. My mom ended up going into hospice and life was just kinda hectic dealing with that for a while. Since me and the owner and her employer had somewhat been cool and cordial, they proposed to me that we could set up an arrangement where they would keep my dog so that I would have to keep being out of pocket, and whenever I wanted to come get her I could. She stated that she had another customer somewhat dealing with the same issue and they had this same arrangement set up. So that made me feel comfortable. The last time I got my dog was end of June 2023, For 3-4 weeks straight, I kept reaching out to get her employee that mainly took my dog home and was told she was sick with pin worms, due to a rescue dog of theirs coming in and infecting several dogs. I was told that my dog had diarrhea and was on anti-biotics, and that she was at the vet, and to give it another week or so. Ok cool. Checked back when that time frame came up, still not clear so waited some more. When it was time to finally get her, her employee told me that she (the employee) had a stomach bug and asked to reschedule. We made plans for us to meet up so that I could get my dog after I attended the funeral I was going too. That day came and she told me she would call me back in a few minutes and I never heard anything back from her until 8/7 around 5 pm when the constable served her papers. I was only trying to get my dog as I always did and sticking to our previous arrangement. Absolutely nothing happened that would have caused all of this turmoil. My dog is an ESA and having to go through all of this has caused me so much anxiety. When i got my dog back, I immediately took her to our normal vet. Not only was she in heat, she had a bad ear infection where one of her ears is severely infected, and she had to get an antibiotic shot and other meds. She had gotten fleas, her paws were matted up and you could tell she hadnt had a bath in a while. Upon making it to the vet, I called every single vet in the immediate area since I was told they had taken her and several of their other dogs to be treated, and NOT ONE OF THEM had her in the system. So either my dog didnt really have pin worms or they self treated her and lied about the vet. This has caused me sooooo much emotional distress, and I wouldn't recommend anyone taking their animals there. The owner called my phone screaming and cursing at me and using racial profanity towards me and trying to lie and place all the blame on me. Instead of holding her employee responsible for lack of communication, although I can show all the proof of me reaching out and trying to get my dog and being ignored.

Dropped my dog off for what was going to be a few days, until our flight was randomly cancelled. The crew at Pucci Chateau graciously let my doggo stay an extra SIX days last minute, no questions asked while we travelled back home. All the pictures posted helped with the heartache of not seeing her. Highly recommend your pup stay here on your holiday!
