Friendly and professional staff; doctor explained the surgery fully for my dog. I had some confusion with when the surgery would be in the day and waited a long time without knowing, but the staff clarified after a phone call and kept me posted via text message after I called. I'd suggest letting pet owners know about when their animal will be in the surgery rotation and consider using sutures instead of staples; otherwise, only positives for our experience. They took great care of my pup for her CCL surgery.

Every staff member and doctor we had interaction with was kind, considerate, informative and showed genuine concern for us and our pup. He loved coming here for therapy and he was always happy to see his favorite techs. Sadly, we had to make a decision to let him go, but even that experience was handled very well by all of the staff and doctors. I highly recommend this clinic!

Top notch service. We could have lost our baby. Dr Hanson and his staff took better care of our pup than what we could have ever expected. overnight stay with fluids and round the clock check ups. We also received updates in the night. Extremely affordable. Thank you so much to the hero’s at NVC!!!

This place is great! Sometimes communication within the front desk staff is off, but they are always quick to fix anything. Dr Hanson is a god send. Our kitten was diagnosed with a rare disorder in his knee that required surgery. We couldn’t find a vet in Houston that could do the surgery at all, let alone at a good price. Not only did Dr Hanson fix my kitten’s knee, NVC charged me the most fair price I could have found. They’ve taken great care of my kitten so far and I am comfortable knowing my kitten will have to have this surgery again. Thanks NVC and thanks Dr Hanson!

Dr. Hanson and Team saved our Luna from internal bleeding following a spay procedure from a different vet and we were in a bad shape to find emergency help. We cannot thank them enough for their expertise and compassion for the life and love of animals. I recommend this facility for all of your pet needs, near or far the quality of service and knowledge is the greatest ever.

My sweet Turbo decided to eat a toy and it got stuck somewhere in the small intestines. When I went to the emergency room in Houston, they did x-rays and found not only an obstruction, but also a tumor in the spleen. They did not give me much hope that even with the surgery that Turbo had much of a chance. I took him home to make him comfortable for whatever time he had left. A couple days later he was obviously starting to have discomfort. A friend recommended Dr Hanson. I called right away and they said to bring him in immediately. From the moment I spoke to the front desk I knew I was at the right place. Surgery was done that day. I got to pick up Turbo two days later and now he is slowly getting the sparkle back in his eyes. Im so grateful for the entire staff. Even though it’s a 1:40 min drive I will continue to bring my boy to Dr Hanson.
