Extremely friendly staff and oddly, our pooch (Lady) appears to like them. Generally, she never wants to leave my side and will cry when she does. However, she seems excited each time she comes here which we hadn't experienced at other clinics. Staff also does a great job at explaining everything and prices seem reasonable. I'm sure they aren't the "cheapest" but they sure aren't the most expensive either. My only complaint would be the pot holes when trying to park...but even if they were big enough to swallow my car, that still wouldn't stop me from coming as I know she'll be taken care of by people who actually care.

I brought my Persian cat Charlie in because he's had a lot of anxiety with a recent move that we made, and he needed a sedation grooming to have mats shaved out of his coat. Everyone at this clinic was kind and gentle with Charlie. The vet was wonderful and explained everything to me regarding Charlie's anxiety and future care. I'm very happy to have a great place where my kitty can have superb medical care! I highly recommend this clinic.

Our pups have been going to this office for years and I can’t recommend them highly enough! Compassionate and caring and always reassuring - especially to folks like me who think of their four-leggeds as “babies” too! Most recently had an emergency, and despite being already overrun with appointments, they somehow managed to squeeze her in and quickly assessed and treated her. Here’s Yeti waiting on Dr H to come and see her! Also - can’t speak highly enough about those gals up front who keep the office humming! Thanks for all you do from Yeti and Yogi’s very grateful parents!!

I received a telephone call reminder that my cat needed a follow up appointment with Dr Jordan. Scheduling the appointment was easy & as soon as I desired. There was no waiting in the lobby when we arrived. The assistant immediately weighed my cat & we discussed the issues that he was having follow up for including his weight, a tail bump, black iris spots on left eye & need for repeat thyroid test. She took him to Dr Jordan for assessment of tail bump including fine needle aspiration with interpretation, left eye examination & blood draw. He was brought back to the room within a few minutes showing no signs of distress. We discussed all issues & all of questions were answered. My cat is very anxious around people doesn’t know but he is calm with Dr Jordan & clearly likes her. We’ll be back in 6 months for continued senior care.

My 1st visit with Franklin was so great! I'm mobility challenged and was very happy the Veterinary put me on speaker and talked to me on every procedure. Found our new happy place!

The best services anywhere. Dr Sara Jordan is Max's vet. She is kind, compassionate and thorough. We have gotten to know her quite well as she has been Max's vet since he was born (he is now 6) and she was the vet for our departed Mae Mae. Everyone at this practice from the techs, the front desk and the other vets are all 5 star people. We love and trust them all. A quick shout out for Lisa who has been at this office for quite sometime and is also someone we treasure. We will not take Max anywhere else.
