My wife and I visited Clearwater Barns--Lewiston lot and all the other shed dealers in the Lewiston area. (Their address at the time of this review is incorrectly listed as 402 Thain Rd, so you may want to call Clearwater Barns before driving there to get the right address.) We were looking to buy a "shed cabin" for camping on our 5 acre plot. Clearwater was far and away the best we saw, so I called David and ordered a shed cabin over the phone, along with a few customizations such as 2 extra windows, a gable vent, and plywood roof sheathing instead of OSB. Order process was easy, price was fair, and the cabin was delivered 4 weeks later--during the date range David quoted, and it was built exactly to our spec. My in-laws were on-site during the cabin delivery since we couldn't be there, and they praised David's delivery equipment, process, and said he and his sons were a pleasure to work with. The cabin looks fantastic as can be seen in the below pictures. I would recommend Clearwater Barns to anyone searching for an a high quality shed, and we look forward to buying another shed from David in the future.

David and Adam were excellent. Great customer service. Polite and respectful. Had a 6ft fence and a very tight entrance to my back field. Adam was easily able to maneuver through the space with less than 6” between the trailer and the obstacles on both sides. He was also able to clear my 6ft fence as indicated in the photo and accurately place the 10x12 utility shed precisely on the foundation pavers I had laid. Overall a n exceptional experience.

Best quality sheds I have found in the area. We purchased two sheds with one being custom colors and are very pleased with both. The prices were very competitive as well. Watching David's remote controlled transformer trailer place the sheds precisely was fun as well.

Clearwater Barns enclosed my patio in two days, insulated it/OSB/and built shelves 4 tiers high... it is beautiful! Even laid my carpet for me... the three awesome guys, Sam, Daniel, and John were wonderful... at the end they sang a beautiful song for me before they left! I am so impressed! If I need anything else build, this is where I will call... ten stars! Thank you David!

Enjoyed watching CW Barns set up my shed. Thoroughly impressed with the workmanship and the size was what I needed. The owner was efficient and great to work with.

These guys are most awesome. Their ability to drop these things in the craziest spots makes it way more feasible than just ordering a prebuilt. As a general contractor, we recommend them to several clients.
