I am writing this well over a year after I had my vehicle towed by them. I owed it to them then, and I still have to give it to them. By far the best towing experiences I have had. Driver was professional, friendly and super assuring! They got my truck to their yard, swapped out my alternator with a spare they had and got me back on the road within hours. I was HOURS and hundreds of miles from home on a Sunday + Holiday weekend. Super appreciative of this company and their service!!

This guy is awesome. I called Dale’s and Frank’s, and Dale’s quoted me less than half the cost Frank’s quoted. I was stranded at the Lolo Pass Visitor Center for a few days, waiting for my insurance to find a provider, which they didn’t. Once I talked to Dale’s, they left Grangeville immediately and picked me up. He knew exactly how to properly tow my home on wheels, and even walked me through how he had it rigged up to see if I was comfortable with the tow. It was a long trip to Grangeville, and he made sure we stopped whenever necessary to re-check the vehicle and use the restroom. I highly recommend trusting Wes to help you out if you are looking!

My old van broke down out at Winchester and needed towing. AAA sent out Dale's rescue and rescue they did! Super friendly driver, good conversation, dog friendly too. Now, just gotta fix my rig!

my son wrecked his car at 430 am. AAA was so hard to work with and they didn’t get us a tow truck until they said at 10am. I went home and called AAA again at 10 since I had t heard from them. they assigned Dales Rescue Towing to me. I asked for a number to call as AAA couldn’t even locate the area the car had been wrecked. when I called Dales he just had me text him the pinned location my son has sent me. finally at 11:40am (Dales did have to drive over 70 miles to get to me so he was really good at letting me know this) he showed up to get the car that was pretty wedged in a ditch. he got it out in no time was super nice to me and my son. once was back at my house he even put a different tire on the car for us so we didn’t have to try to jack the car up since the rim was broke and a hack might not have even fit under the car. I was really impressed and hope if I have to use AAA again that they send him!!!

Recently had Dale‘s take my disabled BMW motorcycle from Grangeville ID to Clarkston WA. They were dispatched after I called AAA. I found them very easy to work with, professional, and courteous. As motorcyclist, we are all very concerned about our rides arriving safely. Dale’s reassured me and got me to my destination with no issues.
