The office staff refused to give a pricing on monthly librela injections even though my pet has been seen there in the past. This call reiterated why I changed vets in the first place. They just want your $$$, and have no consideration for those in cost conscious positions. I've heard conversations of them discussing the need to meet their daily $ quota on a Saturday. Id suggest not having pow wows in the back while clients are waiting in exam rooms, and can hear you. Your pet's care is secondary to profit here. Spring Oaks animal clinic in Deland was very price transparent, friendly, and happy to welcome us.

Absolutely THE BEST!!!! ❣️ It was very easy to make the appointment. Dr Forrest is awesome and so is her staff. Waiting area is clean and well organized to keep pets safe. Exam rooms are super clean, no clutter. Toby was a happy boy (except for the thermometer being stuck WHERE😱!?) And if Toby is happy, mommy and daddy are happy. Much love from all of us❣️❣️

We are new to the area and had 4 dogs in the household. I was glad to find this establishment. To me it seemed like a "small town doctors office"...I prefer those. The staff is more personable. 1. - My mom was able to bring her Pomeranian in for an emergency vet visit (very reasonably priced for an emergency). 2. - I brought my black mouth cur in for a new patient visit and inquired about a nail trim. He HATES his paws touched. It took my previous vet and 3 techs to trim his nails (trimmed too short and at least one nail on each paw was bleeding) while I was about in tears and he was practically screaming. Pine Ridge took him back and I didn't hear a peep. After a few minutes, he came out wagging his tail, nice, short nails (no bleeding). 3. - My "extra" fur baby has an appointment later this month. I've explained how complex she is and it doesn't seem to be a concern for them...we'll see. I'll give an update after her appointment. 4. - This is the one where Pine Ridge earns 10 stars. I had a fur baby from the day he was born to just last week (at over 15 years old) passed away in the early morning hours. I called the office when they opened and was told that I could bring him in and they would take care of everything. That's just what they did. They were very compassionate <3 I got his ashes back earlier this week and everything was beautifully put together. I wasn't expecting such a nice paw print impression and urn packaged so nicely. Thank you, Pine Ridge! Y'all are the BESTEST in the business!

The ladies at the front counter were very nice. They were both on the phone when I walked in but yet acknowledged me and said they would be with me shortly. One of the ladies heard me say why I was there and in a minute stood up, still on the phone, and handed me the medicine and paperwork before my dog. They were both smiling and wished me a good day.
