I was really pleased with the service at 49th Street for my first two visits. The vet was very thorough and went through options for managing my dog's allergies. A monthly allergy shot was necessary and worked like a dream for his itching. Trying to get the monthly shot, however, turned into a nightmare. No appointments can be made for routine shots, so we were made to wait in the parking lot (100 degree weather) while waiting for a technician to give the shot. Technicians are not always available but customers are not made aware of their inability to give shots until after waiting an hour and inquiring. The front desk staff is rude, unhelpful, and vindictive (if you ask how much longer, they start taking patients ahead of you that came after). Loved the vet. Can't deal with the staff. Durant deserves better care for our animals.

Camping for the weekend and a long way from our home vet. My sweet little girl got stung or bitten. Her entire face was swelling rapidly. They got us right in and treated her. Gave great instructions for continued care and let us know where we could go after hours if needed. Thank you Dr Toby Connolly and office staff!!

If you want your per buzzed cut and basic grooming go here. They have many be one groomer that knows and then you get this. They make claims of their experience, don’t buy it. Brought in three happy dogs and left with three sad puppies.

49th street was very fast an efficient processing my payment. But when complications from surgery arose they took their time. Been waiting over an hour in the car with a vomiting dog. I paid a high premium for really bad service. Do not recommend.

Hands down the best vet I have been to! Our Zuma girl has made friends with just about everyone there, they have always taken such great care of her anytime she has to visit! We love the faculty here and would recommend them 100%

I cannot recommend the 49th Street Veterinary Clinic in Durant, Oklahoma, highly enough. In recent weeks, our family was deeply concerned for our cat, who, despite his young age, was clearly not his usual self. Faced with uncertainty and worry, we decided to visit this clinic, hoping for answers and, more importantly, a solution. To our relief, the clinic exceeded all our expectations. Without the need for an appointment, we were welcomed promptly upon arrival. The staff's efficiency and expertise meant that we were seen immediately, sparing us the anxiety of a long wait. Within a mere 20 minutes, our beloved cat was thoroughly examined, treated, and ready to return home, much to our child's delight. It was as if he was ready to take on the world again, all thanks to the clinic's outstanding care. We are immensely grateful to the entire team at the 49th Street Veterinary Clinic for their exceptional service and the compassionate care they extended to our family member. Their ability to provide such immediate and effective assistance without prior appointment is truly commendable. Thank you for being nothing short of amazing.
