Jethro A128296 was “rescued” by my neighbor from here and 3 days later attacked and nearly killed my dog. You all clearly lack ability to determine if the dog is ready for adoption or if the adopting people are qualified. Shame on you all that handled and were responsible for the adoption of Jethro. He deserved better… This experience deserves to be listed here, for historical purposes, despite the facility’s request for it’s removal. Helping one animal to hurt another is a failed mission!!

Had a dog that needed help and couldn’t keep him. This place refused to help. Why even work at a shelter if you’re not going to be going above and beyond for the animals? Seems like they need new management and workers. Even went out my way to put the poor lost skinny dog in a hotel over night due to not being able to have animals in my barracks. Meanwhile I can do all that for an animal in need but they can’t even do the bare minimum of their jobs..

I'm not even sure if this establishment deserved 1 star. Obviously if you are looking to adopt or donate, the staff was very delightful to assist you. When you are trying retreived your pet is a whole different scenario. The lady behind the desk was rude and I can tell by her body language and attitude towards me that she is not willing to help or assist me. Greeting her and ignoring me is fine,, but when she tried to intimidate me and made me feel uncomfortable was not okay. Her tone towards me is what I found most inappropriate. I felt like I had to defend myself.

We love it here they always take good care of my honey thank you so much Cindy and Dana staff is always so friendly ... they need to be appreciated more with all the gard work keep so many fogs in good health it'd really a hard job ... we got our honey fixed cause she was going town on all our stuffed animals but now she's good ...

The stuff is very friendly and they do love pets. We drove 3+ hours to adopt a dog there. We've met the dog, took it for a short walk within the shelter, talked to the stuff. The adoption process was very fast and accurate. Thank you!

I took my male cat to get neutered and when I got him back he was shaved and had a incision in the middle of his tummy. On the paper it says unable to locate right testicle NOT neutered. Services Exploratory surgery. My cat is now throwing up and acting strange. HOPE animal foundation does not know what they’re doing. Male cats don’t get neutered through the stomach!! Spayed dogs do!
