This is by far the worst Banfield in Florida. I transferred my pet from the Pembroke Pines Banfield to Miami Beach since I moved down here and it was the biggest mistake. The phone communication is horrible. They place you on hold for more than 20 minutes and hang up on you if you call back. They don’t Call you back when they say they will. So now I have to drive all the way to Pembroke Pines because that was the best service my pet and all my previous pets have ever received. If you want good service, I suggest you go to the Pembroke Pines location. They have amazing doctors that actually care about your pet And strive to bring you excellent service. They should really consider releasing the receptionist because not only their communication bad but I was overcharged twice for the wellness plan because they could not find my information. For some reason this Banfield can never find any information, or always have the information wrong.

Great that you can get off the dog and not have to wait, especially when it's walking distance. Major plus. Worth the monthly insurance plan. Helpful and caring for our dog Indy.

My son & I couldn’t be more grateful with this office. Previously, we took our 5 months old cat “King” to the midtown office and unfortunately this office couldn’t help us get King’s wellness check & vaccination because my cat was very nervous. We were spectacle of trying to visit another Banfield Office. But we took another chance. From the moment we walked in the Miami Beach office Nicole(nurse) welcomed us very friendly, professional, pleasant , and most importantly she greet King like if she knew him from a long time ago. She was able to do blood work for virus testing , and I’m sure King gave her a fight, but she managed him super well. Mean while we was waiting for Dr. Iglesias (awesome doctor) to complete his wellness exam and vaccine, the rest of the staff Julia & Bryanna made sure that my son & I were comfortable with the visit. King is so blessed that we found this office for him. I wish I could give 10 stars instead of 5. This team are amazing, from the front desk, to the nurse & doctor. Amazing! I guarantee you won’t regret bringing your furry family member here. They are a friendly, Caring, & a very knowledgable team. Thank you guys so much!

I strongly recommend to not bring your pet here. The most unprofessional, rude, abusive, and heartless staff I have ever encountered. There is always a problem when I bring my dog here— almost every single time she has to put under anesthesia and I have to be charged hundreds of dollars. They mainly only care about your money and this is clear to me now after the most recent visit where my dog had a surgical procedure and when I picked her up she had a plastic stick hanging out of her rectum. Their excuse was “forgetting” to take it out. I am paying thousands of dollars and instead of receiving, what I believed to be, caring and helpful treatment by loving staff and vet, my dog is being abused as a result of their malpractice. I rate this pet hospital -5 stars

Dr. Barnes and her team have been a blessing for our senior dog Bambino as he gets older. They are very flexible with their scheduling and do a great job of getting you in and out while informing you on what to do next. We will never go anywhere else!

PLEASE EVERYONE HAVE A LOVING ANIMAL. DO NOT GO THERE THEY ARE LURING YOU INSIDE FOR A VISIT( FREE) AND THEN YOU END UP TO PAY A HUGE AMOUNT OF MONEY WITHOUT ANY KIND OF VISIT.ONLY ONE PERSON IN TRAINING TO TYPE LETTERS AND NUMBERS ON A COMPUTER. NOT EVEN A NURSE TO SEE THE PET.
