While traveling from out of town our little senior dog took a turn for the worse, and we were able to walk right in on a Saturday with a minimal wait. The staff was all very kind and sensitive to our needs and took extra special care with our little guy.

I'd give no stars if possible, completely devastated with the lack of accountability, responsibility, compassion or even empathy when entrusting your furry family member. I will say if you have an older dog DO NOT count on them to do anything routine to check for possible problems (during wellness checks or any visit for that matter) This dog never missed an appointment or any required care while entrusting this clinic to keep him healthy. He lost his life to kidney failure we knew nothing about after going here for 13 years. Received smirks and told it was a "whole ordeal" when picking our dog up in a box upon returning from vacation.

Teeth cleaning on a 4 yr old poodle. Been there done that prior pet. As always they treat your friend as family to them. Great communication, follow up call and Piper got a good and necessary procedure done. Veterinary medicine practitioners are in short supply. Get a great one you are lucky and we have one.

Always efficient and friendly. Very willing to explain all the things you are unsure of. Appointments always go smoothly and start on time. My two dogs love your staff! Thanks for all you do!

Don't use them for grooming unless you want your dog to sit in crate for 6+ hours it's beyond ridiculous! I've been having my dog groomed by them for the past 3 years and today is the last time. Dropped my dog off at 8:40 am and I just called them at 2:05 pm and they said she's next what the heck? Maybe don't schedule more then what your groomer can obviously handle. They finally called me to come pick her up at 2:48 pm I was working so my bf picked her up and they couldnt even tell him whether they let her out to go potty said that they would have the groomer call me tomorrow on top of everything when I got home to see my dog they shaved her hair on her head after I told them not to touch it bc I wanted it to grow out 🤬

Such a great place! We brought 3 baby squirrels here who needed to be rehabilitated. They said they will rehab them and let them out at Forest Nature Park. We are so grateful for their service!
