We knew our cats needed substantial dental work done and setting up a first time appointment with Shoreline Central Animal Hospital was incredibly easy online. Our indoor cats are very anxious about the outside world and new people, but they took very well to vet assistant, Brian. Brian did a very thorough preliminary screening and made sure to document any and all concerns. Dr. Heater was amazing the moment she walked in the room. She followed up on everything that was written in the chart and then very clearly explained and outlined what the dental surgery procedure would be like and gave us a very accurate quote range. I was surprised how quickly our cats took to Dr. Heater and how at ease they are around her, especially given that they are the personality type to hide under the bed when guests come over. It was very clear that Dr. Heater loves animals, and that they love her back. Dr. Heater is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about animal care. Her bedside manner is next level, and her immense proficiency put us at ease ahead of the surgery and after. Scheduling was able to get us in for the surgery very quickly. I felt confident handing off our cats to vet tech, Terry, and the team took such good care of our cats. Post surgery, with the amount of work done, I was amazed at how well our cats did. When I had questions about the medicine the day after surgery, Dr. Heater was able to get back to me the same day, which was impressive given that they are very busy with happy customers. Front of office is so efficient and they are great about following up on your text messages and calls. Dr. Heater and the team are very transparent about costs, which are incredibly reasonable, and the value you get is priceless. Our cats needed a few follow-up visits to check on their healing—the processes of getting this done were as painless as possible for us and our kitties. One of our cats needed an antibiotic shot on a follow up visit, and she did not even flinch when Dr. Heater administered the shot. Dr. Heater is an animal wizard. I always feel so welcomed when we walk through the doors and know our babies will get the best care. I am so grateful for this team, and it is such a secure feeling to know that our cats have a care provider that is the best of the best. I highly recommend investing in this team with your own animals. Thank you Dr. Heater, and everyone at Shoreline Central Animal Hospital, for taking such good care of our kitties!

I am so grateful for Shoreline Central Animal Hospital, they're incredible! Everyone was so kind and attentive. I felt listened to and they kept my cat's special needs in mind when making an assessment for her treatment. I'm kind of a nerd about animals and while I'm certainly no vet, feeling like my thoughts and observations about my pet were respected and considered was really nice. Before my visit, I had a very bad experience with another vet and thought it must've been my fault, but the care and consideration I received at Shoreline Central made me realize the other place actually treated me quite poorly! This was such an opposite experience. I believe I saw Dr. Clowes who had a very warm and welcoming demeanor, but the entire staff was great. I definitely will be coming back here for my cat's primary care. This is exactly the kind of experience you want at a vet's office. I left feeling calm and empowered to be a better pet owner and, although I have a very anxious cat, she was handled so well during her visit that she instantly recovered once back home! These are good folks.

Shoreline Central has been amazing at every experience we have had with them. Honorable mention to the incredible Dr. Holly. Our cat Ozzie was always difficult at the vet and was so fearful he would need to be sedated in order to be seen for any reason, routine or otherwise. Any vet we took him to over his 10 years had a hard time understanding, but Dr. Holly was the most compassionate and wonderful vet to him. We brought our Ozzie in on a Thursday for what we thought would just need to be a deep teeth cleaning as he was no longer eating his dry food. After many more visits, tests, and progressive symptoms, our sweet Ozzie was diagnosed with heart disease and needed to be put to rest only a couple of days after diagnosis. Dr. Holly did absolutely everything she could for him while also being kind, communicative, and compassionate to all of us. My husband and I talked a lot about how we have never worked with a better vet that we trust as much as her. When it came time to make the decision to put him down, Dr. Holly came in on her day off to call us and check on him. We told her what we were thinking, but we were scared because he was only 10 years old. She ultimately assured us in what we knew, and we felt so much better after speaking with her. Dr. Holly – thank you so much for everything you did for our Ozzie. We appreciate you and the staff at Shoreline Central more than you could ever imagine! We will be back with our dog and our new kitties.

We love Shoreline Central Animal Hospital! They are compassionate, reasonably priced and have consistently given excellent care to our dogs over the years. We’ve been coming since our previous vet relocated in early 2020. Not only are they honest and straightforward, we fully trust their care of our fur babies. Thank you for all you do!

I’ve been pleased with all the care we have received at Shoreline Central. Costs have been reasonable and the care has been excellent. The staff and vets have been friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. They have been easy to reach when follow up care was needed. Highly recommend
