Unfortunately I had to take my 15 yr old Buddy there to pass onto the rainbow bridge, I showed up as a mess left as a mess stayed in the parking lot and cried. A week later I get a card with his paw print of Buddy. Staff was wonderful and very caring.

Never will be going back there. People at the front desk very unprofessional. Don’t know how to communicate with the customer. Always have excuses on why service is so poor. Leaving customers on hold 15 plus minutes . Then coming back on to place you on hold again.Trying to justify their actions and making it seem like you the problem. .

I booked an appointment and their office booked the wrong day. I went for my appointment with 2 sick dogs. They would not see me and sent me home with the 2 sick dogs. They tried to put he noise on me that they booked the wrong date. I went the next day and when I spoke to Dr. Webb, my husband and I were shocked as to what he was saying. He told me his family comes first and if I have an emergency to go to an emergency vet. He is not here for emergencies and he and his staff will not stay at the clinic until 7PM because my dogs need to be seen and push other clients behind. I explained that when my dogs are ill, he is my Dr. and I want to see him. I was told that is not the way he operates and if I do not like it go soomeplace else. So, that is what IU will do,
